I need some help . . .
Please you guys, help me.
I can't get lucid, and when I do I'm pulled out the dream.
The nose pinch test has failed. The reading test has failed. And the questioning my reality caused my dream to go dim and I was pulled out. I couldn't stay in and it turned to third person. I could briefly tell myself what to do, but I couldn't feel myself do it, and the dream ended. Needless to say.
So, what can I do? Maybe I have a mental block because my mom told me she wants me to stop trying to be lucid, but I really don't want to. Any suggestions? I mean, I don't really intend to stop but I think maybe my mind is forceing me to stop and is keeping my checks from working.
Thanks.

Hey Buddy,
It seems to me you are just having a dry spell. check out my tutorial below and see if it gives you some inspiration. It is technically made for NEWCOMERS here at DV, but i think you will get something out of it...

Just hang in there and stay positive about it. If you're thinking about lucid dreaming every day (even simply posting on these forums), sometimes you will become lucid completely out of the blue. Keep a dream journal and try to remember all your dreams. Keep it at the front of your head.

dont sweat it, chica. stop trying so hard, and just let it happen. it took me three years from the time i learned about lucid dreaming to have my first lucid, so i know what frustration is. just take a break, and it will happen. trust me.

Thanks you guys. I want to cry. You make me happy. Okay, I'll calm down and let it come to me. I guess later I can get back to attempting WILDs. Thanks. I'm still open to more suggestions. :)
