The limited free time technique
I haven't been working in LDing for a LONG time, and with school, I don't have time to WBTB or reality check all day. I am assuming that there are many others who agree. So, here is my idea of a new thing to try.
Take about five to ten minutes before you go to bed. Then do SOMETHING, anything, just do it with confidence. For instance, you could close your eyes, stand on one foot, and spin/hop around frantically. Just do something extreme, and do it with only lucid dreaming on your mind. Also, make sure to keep this attitude as best you can,
"Ok, I'm trying a new technique, and it is fast easy, and simple to do with limited time. It WILL work. Even if it doesn't though, what do I care, because if I am not going to do this technique, I wouldn't really do any other because of my limited schedule and huge amount of work during the day. So overall, I am confident and I don't really care if this fails."
My theory is that the mixture of confidence and the unusual event in a regularly usual schedule right before bed should lead to DILDs.
Give it a shot if you want to, or don't. It doesn't really matter. If you do give it a try, post back here with your results, comments, or advice. Thanks!:D
