You see, I have a sleeping issue where I don't fall asleep until 6-7am, waking up at around 2:30. Last night I tried reverse blinking (around 1am) thinking it'd help me fall asleep early. It didn't do anything.
And second, if I take a sleeping pill, would that effect my dreams? I'm sick of this insomnia or whatever it is, but at the same time I want to work on dreaming.
