It looks like you would be good at wilds during your naps, especially since you take a nap every day. Maybe try a wild? Also, if rcs work for you do an rc in the dream to make sure you're dreaming. I think the most successful wilds are probably on either lack of sleep, or as most other people say after you had 4 or 5 hours of sleep such as when you wake up in the morning, or when you're really tired. I've had most of my wilds during lack of sleep or when i'm really tired or sleepy. I think you should try that wild and see if it works for you, like i said, especially since you take naps every day. Or try some other technique if wilds aren't for you.
I think it depends on how tired you are, if you're tired then i think you actually can wild when you're about to take a nap, take a look at the tutorals for more info. There's some information in the tutorals about wilding and napping, but most people say that the best time to wild is after you sleep, when you go to bed at night, try to wake up after 4 or 5 hours of sleep. But some people can wild as they go for a nap, i don't know if you're one of them. But i think as far as napping is concerned you can actually wild as you nap. It seems in your case that you can try wilding as you are taking a nap since you're tired, but you don't always get sp when you wild.
Also, remember to RC while trying to WILD, some people fall asleep while doing it but the dream then consist of them still trying, so it would be helpful to.
I've only done nap wilds, and I find them pretty easy unless you missed a lot of sleep the previous night. Make sure that you have the intent of going asleep (because that is what you are doing, just falling alseep consciously) and also maintaining awareness. Focusing on my breaths kept me too awake, so I tried focusing on how comfortable my bed while staying relaxed. Eventually, you'll get a rush of HI, hit SP, and go into a lucid :)
Oh its simple, you could try to breath with your mouth while its closed, or close your eyes and try to see what is in the room, motionless RCs are amazing!
What do you do for motionless RC's? Also, in my experience (limited) you don't have to be completely motionless on your back, you can be on your side, roll over etc. You need to keep your mind busy by visualizing something and thinking about what you want to have happen in your LD. Also, affirmations are good to repeat a few times
