It looks like you would be good at wilds during your naps, especially since you take a nap every day. Maybe try a wild? Also, if rcs work for you do an rc in the dream to make sure you're dreaming. I think the most successful wilds are probably on either lack of sleep, or as most other people say after you had 4 or 5 hours of sleep such as when you wake up in the morning, or when you're really tired. I've had most of my wilds during lack of sleep or when i'm really tired or sleepy. I think you should try that wild and see if it works for you, like i said, especially since you take naps every day. Or try some other technique if wilds aren't for you. |
