Meditation class
Give out them techniques for meditation for inner head state me i sit crosslegs on floor foocus in my head (no third eye thing) and let thoughts come think on them not too hard just let them come and go without trying to make them go and in time they pass out and tend to come less until i am fully involved on the feeling of the state i am witnessing and think on it until i feel and "live" myself in my head

I just sit crosslegged onn the floor, back straight, and just breathe. I don't really think about anything I just feel myself breathing. I don't try to think about nothing, I just like you said let my thoughts flow by. It's a pretty basic version of meditation but hey, it does its job.

A method I have read about which is similar to what Atras said is to pay attention to the breath. People say there are inner breaths related to the various inner bodies, and you can become aware of them that way.
Another very similar method is to pay attention to your capacity to feel, and learn to distinguish it from the things you feel. One variation of this is to think about feeling throughout one's body. I've tried that a couple of times, and it creates a sort of avalanche of feeling, like waves through my body.
I don't meditate, for pretty much the same reason I don't lift weights. I find it boring. I enjoy physical exercise if I'm doing something though, like work outside. And I enjoy focusing my mind if I have something I'm trying to understand. (As a consequence, it seems I'm somewhat of dependent on circumstances for my development. Some parts of my body are very strong, others not so much, and that's the same with my mind I guess. Right now I need more upper body exercise, to keep my weight up, and I need something like that with the active side of my imagination also.)
