Lucid Dreams are illusions caused by jinns.

This is what I believe Lucid dreams are. Firstly, Jinns are beings made from smokeless fire the word "jinn" means hidden. We can not see them without them allowing it. They have powers such as body morphing shape shifting the have no particles or molecules so the can move faster then the speed of light. The also can affect our mind the slowly can put a message in our heads without us knowing. The slowly indoctrinate us into worshipping them basically idol worship the have no real power unless you allow them. Now onto the matter at hand, I believe the also give us lucid dreams what do the gain from this ? Well first of all if you practice ADA,wild or what have you your always questioning your surroundings true? This is what the want get you distracted by small things like magicians would do kind of a slight of hand you are distracted by something over here the do something over there. When you are lucid the create the dream scape. The can put in whatever the like. You get the lucid dream they get your body for the amount of time u are lucid. I also believe the are the "Aliens" people have been seen. The want to seem benevolent but their not. They have their diminsion we have ours we should not come into contact but the have abused their power. Well anyway your opinion is what I want to read :D.

Lucid is awareness yes. Lucid dreaming is questioning your surroundings and doing unnatural things such as Wild. People have been done it for ages 1000 years or more. Jinns life span is 1000 times longer than humans as their are made from gas like the sun and we are made from plasma. We are more solid than them so we will get sick easier and die quicker seeing as we are made from material from the ground. Not being specific but do your own research I mean you can go on and believe that it's all made in your head but eventually you will start thinking your special and want to sleep all the time. In the end you will regret your lucid dreaming. You do not create lucid dreams you trade your dignity and self power for some false sense of god like powers in a fake world which is meaningless. You say that the dreams are pointless. I do not agree with you there. I agree that the physical world is much more important, but the EXPERIENCES from the lucid dreams are real. There is no need to trade your dignity for it. It is not a replacement for the real world, it is an extension. Even if you do not become lucid, you still dream, so those 'jinns' would be still be there showing you images. Might as well have some fun with the images.
Again, there is no need to get obsessed with it and trade your real life for the dream world. Just make sure you have a great time in both :)

Please explain yourself to me in greater detail. If you are unwilling to work through the critical responses you're being given, then it was unnecessary for you post this thread in the first place. Emotions are picked up badly in writing I said trolling as a joke guys look continue you doing it if you want i'm not trying to change your opinions or feelings about it. All life is either made of plasma or gas. We are made from lots of stuff but lets just say clay. Jinns are made from smokeless fire hence why we don't see them without them allowing us. If you know about the "unified field theory" (google it very interesting) it basically explains that consciences can exist without a physical form hence why we can astral project and obe but than again we still have a body hence where the jinn come in. Jinn just means hidden by the way. Jinn don't have a physical form as their mostly made up of gas and because the have no mass the can travel faster than light. The can make a world in your mind of what they can remember seeing when the go somewhere like space etc.. Their whole deal is to make you think you are a god (in dream world with level 4 lucidity you basically are) and make you question reality (reality checks, dream yoga e.g everything is a dream) Now this was just theory. I diffenately think astral projection is by them bt lucids seem to be just our minds. Thoughts opinions. Btw thanks for all the comments even the trolls (that was a joke Omnis Dei :P)

I believe in my own standards. I don't believe in the gods people worship, but i believe that there could be a higher power above everything that created the world and planned everything. I believe that it's possible, but there is no proof for it, just like for any other belief like this.
I don't believe in supernatural beings, even while i would like to, that would make life more interesting. I'll believe in them once i get to see them or experience something about them.

Aliens is another story, i believe that they exist, but i have no idea how they would look, how intelligent they would be, i also don't believe that they were here just because some crazy people claim it.

These beliefs are all the same in an aspect, that they are not proven. You can believe in these jinns that you thought out during a boring afternoon and you would believe in something just as possible as gods, ghosts, demons, aliens, ect... even if yours is more crazier than the usual story.

Eoghang, I'm open to the idea you've just mentioned. But before you go on posting more posts, please make an effort to paragraph your post. It is not pleasant to read 20 lines stuck together.

It will be nice if you can explain it nicely, why it happened, why you think it's true, why is it so instead of just blabbering on about how much you firmly believed in it, as though perching a belief/religion. You're not going to get any supporters by that.

I had a weak attempt at lucid dreaming. Happened once and only lasted for 5 seconds. I didn't feel I was god like. I was just aware I was in a dream and I was like, "Hey, I'm walking beside the girl I like". Imma going to hold her hands. That's all. How god-like it is? Furthermore, I would say anything is possible in a dream no matter how god-like or ridiculous it is. Simply because it's something like our imagination except it's more realistic. Tell me, is it that hard to imagine yourself flying?

I just had to pop in and say, that once you would experience lucid dreaming more seriously, you would realize that it indeed has a "god-like" feeling sometimes, 5 seconds is not enough to determine that :)

My point was god-like feeling can be achieved even without being lucid. As long as you're in a dream, anything is possible.

I wanted to add on something to the discussion. Peculiar, there were times when I had a feeling my real self was not located at where my body is, instead it's controlling my body from afar either with a remote or with strong telekinesis. Those were the days when I felt dislocated from my own body, probably too tired.

How do people even know about Jinn or whatever if they are smokeless fire, and uh, well, hidden as you say.

"Jinn" is what we get the English word "genie" from. It's an Arabic word. Apparently in Muslim religion, they are spiritual beings, similar to angels, but can be both good and evil. Evil "jinns" are supposedly the cause of evil things.

The word "jinn" made me think of genies as well. In hungarian we call genies "dzsinn" which is pronounced the same way as jinn... and probably it's similar in many languages.

I'll clean it all up

Pretty much hes sayin that, not only the stuff about being aware n lucid, but "they get your body while your lucid" I'm sorry but... that just sounds like the movie "insidious", which likely roots it self to some similiar mythology that you are getting yours from.

Now I won't say that there isn't a possibility of beings wanting to manifest within a humans body, but to make a thread about em in specfic to lucids, and only to argue "just because they haven't been proven to exist doesn't mean they've been proven to not exist" is kind of lame.

Think about it this way, if they are out there, they are out there. If thats the case, then its likely more than just lucid dreams. There are methods of protection, spiritual in the religious and in the energy sense, whether you use a cross or intend to "shield" yourself in another way, there are methods.

All that being said, are you here to say everyone should just pack up shop n stop doing lucids because some person my hijack their body or influence them? Well in that case we may as well stock up on food and lock our doors, because if you go outside, someone influence you badly, or do something on a huge range of possibilities physically. If you don't know what i'm talking about, you must live in some very nice neighborhood and not have a clue how trully dirty this world can be.

Unless your proposing to be alert for such beings and do something to be prepared, can't really see what your getting at. Cause it seriously sounds like your making lucid dreams out to be more risk than gain.

Tell me Eoghang, what can we do to defend ourselves from Jinns? If they can hurt us because we all live in a unified field then there must be a way to either defend ourselves or fight back.

Just because something has no mass doesn't mean it can go faster than the speed of light anyway, photons (particles of light) have 0 mass, and are the fastest particles out there. for something to go faster than the speed of light it would be traveling backwards in time, that doesn't work for a multitude of reasons.

You say Unified Field Theory is "proof" of jinn, first off, there is no unified field theory yet, it's still being researched, second of all it only states that all "fundamental forces and elementary particles to be written in terms of a single field." Learn your physics before preaching it as the reason that jinn exist.

Probably not all :D I said I think so and that is because I'm pretty sure all muslims I know and met believes in them. Could also be cultural. But since they're mentioned a lot in the qur'an it's not wrong to think a lot of muslims believe in them.

Then don't give people flak saying it's not scientific. If he had said "I am a muslim and I believe that jinn are the cause of lucid dreams" and left it at that i would have respected his opinion. But since he went out and said that it's proven because of science which he obviously doesn't understand, people should be free to take exception to it.

Where did he say that his theory is proven by science? I can't find it. I only find him describing some scientific theory of conciousness existence without a physical form and that he thinks that's what OBE and AP's are.

In the Jinn part, he made this thread to ask people what their opinions were on his theory and he clearly says "I THINK". Which means, it is an opinion.

And what I wrote was not about jinns causing LDs. It was about Jinns existence in general.

But then I read on more... And more.. All I see is insults and arguing.
To me... The idea that OP proposed was as ridiculous as an "all-knowing all-powerful God, who creates faulty Humans, and then blames them for his own mistakes"(Thank you Gene Roddenberry). The only difference here is the number of people who believe either theory.

Though it's hard to debate with an idea that has absolutely no basis in reality... I'd rather have seen us try to dig deeper rather than jump right to "Look at this @#$%ing lunatic! LOLOLOL"

Hell... It would have been better to let this thread fall into the depths of the forums than to jump on it like this.

Well.... yeah? People either thing there is only existence on this realm or on this other plane to which if there is..... well shit theres good and evil here to of course if there is another plane of existence.... there will be good and evil.... so... yeah?

As for lucid dreams being the method.....yes and no, if there beings out there, then whos to say what they can and can't effect. But just because you can be effected doesn't mean that you are being effected. You also have to take into the consideration what defenses we have ourselves. Just as there would be small and Big negative forces.... some of us are seriously some big forces on our end of the spectrum. Honestly though there are many different ways to influence humans outside of dreams so.... I'd say do the same with dreaming that I think people should with life; Tread Lightly

Well what's one thing that Jinns or "astral beings" don't have ? A body and the get these bodies in many ways people channelling, mediums, astral projections and Lucid Dreams. The only "good" dreams are nightmares mostly because the try to warn you about something. I have been practicing all day awareness for about 3 months and my lucid dreams have rocketed up to 40 I'm having about 3 a week long lengthy at least 35 mintues or more and I'm sure anyone can agree it's almost as if morals do not exist in Lucid Dreams like murdering someone isn't that big deal. Just food for thought I would never kill anyone in waking life. Of course this all just my opinion .. that's it my opinion.. you can believe whatever the F**k you wanna believe.

The mind does not go by what you think is moral. Those are constructs you created for healthy interaction in society, but they don't actually 'exist' anywhere in your mind. The mind goes by what the mind decides 'makes sense' at the moment. It's up to you to excercise virtue as the self... It's not the mind's job, it's not the bodies job, but your responsibility as the agent of both natural forces.

This thread is very low quality on so many levels. The OP seems to have difficulties understanding not only what lucid dreams are, but also the Islamic concept of "Jinns." However it's not his theory that makes this thread bad and disappointing, but rather the disrespectful replies he has received from many members here. It lacks maturity. If certain members can write repetitive threads with unbelieveable stories about shared dreaming, otherworldly beings, and astral projection, then he can write this stuff too.

To me personally, there is little (if any) difference between his post, and some of the posts I've read about astral beings and shared dreams.

Here's a suggestion: Either say you disagree with him in a respectful manner, or don't reply at all.

It was just a theory guy nobody really knows what dreams are 100% who's to say that this isn't true then again who is to say that dreams are just what many people think the are images created by your mind so you don't get bored. I know a Lucid Dream is a dream which you become aware that you are dreaming. Jinns are described as created from smokeless fire (gas) who have powers such as telepathy and are illusionists. The were giving these powers as a test from God whether or the abuse their power similar to the biblical sense of humanity and free will. That's besides the point I explained it badly but didn't expect hostility such as one user saying that the Quran was a book written by a mad man. You sir just slapped the face of 1.3 billion people with no proof. I'm done with this now I thought this fourm would be less hostile to theories but alas Lucid Dreamers are the exact same as everyone else despite what they do seems "occult" to other people. Thank Jakob the only actual positive comment I got.

I do recall seeing a few positive replies in this thread, mine included. However, some people did not behave themselves.


I do hope you continue to post and share thoughts and experiences. Some people do not know how to disagree constructively.
