@psionik, while awake you can try to disassociate yourself from your body.
While in a dream, these is no body. Any body you have is simply an illussion. In this dream you can imagine removing yourself from these constraints. Buddhists talk about oneness. We can try becoming one with our entire dream environment and it would probably work easily.
We can do energy work in dreams, another form of meditation. Since we are in such an imaginative state in lucid dreams we can do visualization and energy circulation to the max. Sitting on lotus position is just an archetype for meditating. In dreams, there are no boundaries.
