so i recently have been working on leaving my body. i do this or attempt this while falling asleep either at the beginning of the night or during my WILD attempts. a few times i've heard wringing or a weird buzzing sound just in my right ear. it always startled me until this morning when i woke up.
this is my journal at 5:30 AM-
"i realized i was in a dream and tried to minipulate it but was already too far in my physical body. FIRST OBE RESPONCE- i focused my energy and the wringing in both ears would start. i'm not awake and not asleep yet 100% consciously doing this. the wringing would start and the more i focused on it the louder it because.then the voices would start to come in. it sounded exactly like tuning into a radio station. started with a males voice that would sound like a radio from maybe the 60's-70's. by my third attempt at doing this i'm tuning in for longer but still startled at whats happening and what exactly i was feeling/experiencing. this is when the tingling would start. i would feel it in my right hand.. from the back of my neck down my spine and throughout most of my body."
this is what i wrote as soon as i woke up i was so startled and exited. :shock:
