Is it possible to save someone from lower astral plane?

Hey if have a question. A girl i know is pretty troubled psychologically, she has had some abuse in the past and it seems to keep haunting her. Is it in some way possible to get rid of the things haunting here on an astral level? I guess she must be on a pretty low level, because she's pretty much denying the spiritual dimensions and her own soul and seems to be trapped in her own thoughts and fears.

Or can I guide her into a higher plane somehow?. I read sometings about astral projection. If we all share consciousness I guessed it must be in some way possible to do this. Any information or thought about this?

If it could be done in a lucid dream it would be easier, but I guess that's out of the question.

I am thinking that when someone is that troubled, the best thing we can do for them is be there for them, and look for opportunities to help them. And you can do that both in waking life and in dreams. Don't push, because she sounds like she would likely reject your help if you did, but look for opportunities to help her by opening up your mind, senses, and intuition. The way to help that you may discover may be something minor, or rather something that appears minor to you, but may have much larger ripple effects than you realize. If you are just there for her, when she needs a shoulder to cry on, when she needs to feel someone's presence, when she needs to know that she is not all alone, when she needs someone to rage at. Be patient and observant. Seek an opportunity to help, and you shall find it. And as I said, I believe this type of seeking can work both while waking and while dreaming.

if i talk to her in a lucid dream, wouldn't i be talking to my own impression of her? I am talking to her alot in waking life, it probably helps a bit, but she is self-destructive, negative about herself and has a huge wall to really accept anything from anyone. It could really help for her to get a wider perspective of the spiritual world and the power of ideas and emotion in some way. You can't really get that clear just by telling her that. When she is down, she is not really looking for a shoulder to cry on she would just lock herself up far away from everybody. I am not looking for a complete solution, just some kind of opening would also be good enough.

she is kind of a vampire now (although most damage is self inflicted), she wants attention and people to feel sorry for her and have mercy and serve her therefore she always has some kind of sickness of injury. So when i open my mind and senses too much she will just take advantage of it in some way. I guess its also a way for her to prevent people from coming too close. She is very convinced she is evil and i guess in a way she is.

If you talk to her in a lucid dream, most likely you will indeed be talking to your own impression of her, yes - unless you believe in shared dreams, and it happenes to be a shared dream - but even if it is your impression of her, it will be your subconscious impression of her, and you may discover things about her and a way to help her that your conscious mind is not aware of yet (something you know without consciously knowing you know).

If she wants to lock herself up and push everyone away, don't let her, that's my gut feeling. Even when people think they want to be alone at times like these, they need someone else. Don't push too hard, just be there, and make sure she knows you are there for her when she needs you. Don't let her take advantage of you though, be sure to protect yourself. People are complex: we have the capacity for evil and the capacity for good, and she does too. Maybe you can act as a mirror of sort for her, help her realize that she is not fully evil? encourage her in little ways whenever the good in her peeks out, help her realize why you continue to care about her - that she is someone worthy of caring about, that she is being too hard on herself.

But mostly, I would say, try to listen and do not judge her too harshly if you can. In your post you implied that she fakes sickness and injury to get people's attention, that she wants others to feel sorry for her, and you called her a vampire and evil. That's very judgemental: you might want to change that attitude toward her. If you cannot, perhaps you are not the best person to be there for her after all. Is there someone else who could be there for her? Because she definitely needs someone's help, but that someone needs to be there for her in a positive way, and if you cannot, who can? Maybe you can contact someone who used to know her, and may not know that she needs help?

Edit: in other words, if she looks into you eyes, and all she sees is disapproval, then yours are not the eyes she needs to look into.

Edit2: in a way, you already are like a mirror, we all are mirrors in our interactions with others in that they sense our impression of them and that influences them. If you mirror back your impression that she is evil, she is likely to feel worse about herself after interacting with you. However, if you make an effort to find the good in her, then that could help kindle her light.

Yes thank you, and you are right. Well i think you misunderstood what i am saying about some things. I don't mean she is pretending to be ill, but because of her not caring and wanting attention she attracts misfortunes and sickness. And uses that to her advantage to some point, she is very honest about that "iam a rich girl who wants to be served" she says haha. She doesn't care about whether people like her or not and acts that way. I know she is a very sweet person and good underneath. And it comes out as well, thanks for the advice. I didnt think of getting answers from my own subconsciousness of course!. I will be careful and we'll see if i can help her.
