Thread: Is it possible to save someone from lower astral plane?

Hey if have a question. A girl i know is pretty troubled psychologically, she has had some abuse in the past and it seems to keep haunting her. Is it in some way possible to get rid of the things haunting here on an astral level? I guess she must be on a pretty low level, because she's pretty much denying the spiritual dimensions and her own soul and seems to be trapped in her own thoughts and fears.

Or can I guide her into a higher plane somehow?. I read sometings about astral projection. If we all share consciousness I guessed it must be in some way possible to do this. Any information or thought about this?

If it could be done in a lucid dream it would be easier, but I guess that's out of the question.
