What are great ways to make your physical body relax?
Yesterday I almost had another OBE however I screwed up. I'll explain, when it was happening my physical body was completely relax and I couldn't even feel anything of where I was or what I was laying on. So I did a mental command and thought about getting up mentally but not physically and that's when I felt my consciousness leaving my head and actually moving out however once this happen I was shock as this was progress for me, I was surprise it work and then I got snap back to my physical body. Immediately after that I went in to a dream that lasted about 7 mins then I woke up again. I decided to try to have an OBE again right after waking up, the problem was I couldn't relax my physical body even though I was laying still for awhile. Does anyone know great ways to help make the body more relax and tired?
