Which sources can I trust for OBEs/Astral Projection?

Hello guys,

I have been looking for tutorials for the past few days on that subject. I remember, yes I had lucid dreams before, but the thing i don't like about it is that you have little-to-no control over them. I was wondering why. I was wondering if there is another way...and in the end it was Spirit Science that reviewed it - Spirit Science 9 ~ Astral Projection (I can't post links sorry, it's my 1st day). To be totally honest with you, in the video, as you watch it, he gives a source to Lucidology, which is what got me to this forum. Two (2) threads were the exact opposite - on one people agreed it's a total scam, on the other people said that Lucidology 102 is worth it :uhm: I also discovered other people on YouTube trying to sell their stuff. I don't easy hang up on those before I see that on EACH forum, and reviews, people recommend it. To be honest Lucidology 101 is free, some parts are missing (which was kind of surprising). People who bought the next one said all over some other forums that it's full of info...now i don't know really who should I trust?

Yeah guys, if you just don't mind giving me some good sources...that would be great. By the way, did you like the end of that Spirit Science video (from 12m30s)...? :happyhappy: It's the part that got me so hyper about OBEs... Now I am new to this all, and it will take time that's for sure. It's just that I want to find something that isn't scammy and many can follow, even if it doesn't work for everyone. It's all trial an error in the end of the day, but hell, you can help yourself with something, no?

Best thing would be to read as much of free materials as you can. Then make your own opinion if something seems legit. If many of different people describe things similarly, than there is a good chance, they are legit. If someone makes some extreme claims, he still could be right, but take it with a grain of salt.

There are also some authors that are leading authorities on OBEs/APs. Here are some names. They all have tons of free into on their websites and online pdfs. So search for free publications before you decide to buy something. I'm pretty sure everything is online for free somewhere, in some shape or form. Lot of it directly on authors websites.

I speak out of personal experience and thought-forms to say that Robert Monroe and Thomas Campbell who has affliation to the Robert Monroe Institute. Are trustworthy sources of information. Robert Monroe's 2nd and 3rd book are difficult to comprehend to some. But the information is valid and verifiable.

robert monroe and thomas campbell worked together on channeling entities and higher selves. robert monroe recorded these channelings on tape (called the explorer series) and wrote in his first book. I am currently listening to the explorer series.
he used to work with soundwaves and invented binaural beats. the sounds he used profesionally are still being used to induce civilians with OBEs and are being sold. (the mind voyage series). very expensively. better to find torents

Thomas Campbell is living and breathing today and sharing the information he received on OBEs still. Mind you, this is heavy stuff. I would say not for the mundane.

William Bulham is part of the same Institute. And I would say it is a very trusted Institute by me considering OBEs.

As for actually learning how-to AP. You can probably find mor information there in one of the other Books that Gab mentioned.

Different meditative practices along with drastic changes in brain-waves induced by sounds or other methods possibly aid you on ur way. goood luck and have fun.

My opinion is that you can find food for thought in a lot of places, and can attain new experiences that way, but you can't really trust any of it.

I think that long before a person obtains enough knowledge to form a true encompassing philosophy or theory of it all, a person encounters temptations that are effectively impossible to withstand. I don't mean failure in action or even thought, though those are inevitable. It's more like nature trying to pull heaven to itself by sucking it through all your half-developed, half-open, half-shreaded chakras, and you can't handle more of it. So if you read anything that claims to be a complete answer or program, they're faking it. Have to make the most of what you can find anyway though, since trying is a part of living. Just keep an open mind, and keep your skepticism too, you need both.
