one more step deeper into the mind...

you know when you reach a lucid dream, its simply you traped inside your own subconcious, able to display anything you want and do whatever you want, What if there was a way to get deeper such as the inner network of your mind.

Acid level 5 users claim to see another dimention, many of them claim to see the same thing, or deadly close (altering somthing in the minds deep sections to see thigns we should not..)

Mushrooms and pot can give you deep inner visions.(mainly in front of mirrors... such as seeing a door in your brain) Ones that cause some people to go insane or split personalitys.

With that there must be somthing deep in your mind where if you could access it you could literaly shift things to your will.. this could also relate to my dream eye post, though I believe its much diffrent then that...

Anyone have any ideas on this concept? and if you believe somthing deeper then the dream layer exists, how do you think one would access it?

I think dreamtime has different layers... normal weird makes no sense dreams are just the outside layer, as you gain lucidity and look outside of your mind, you go deeper, you find a world that exists as the aborigines beleive it is as real as this place.

Yes I believe in something deeper than the dream layer. I think that one needs to die (let go of all material anchors in this word--including the body) to access it.

Not true Seeker. There are methods for opening the chakras and establishing communication with the divine self that begin to take effect upon the first application. Self realization is absolutely simple to achieve. That it is a long, arduous undertaking is a laughable myth that is realized the moment you discover your Self.

It depends... I think you might be talking about... well... the unexplainable. Or God.... or... everything and nothing at the same time... or the infinite... or the void... transcendence? They're all just concepts for the same thing. At least in my opinion... how can we define the unexplainable? Well.. you can't... hence the problem with language. When we ate the "fruit" off of the tree of knowledge, we gained two things, self reflection and perception, out of which developed language. These things are our greatest accomplishments, and our greatest downfall. We still are struggling to understand all the things that we lost once we developed language... for how can you explain God in language? Most people don't think about that, how language holds back the things we are able to think about. Some others would argue that without language, how could we think at all? Well... babies think... they're not biased to language when they're born though. It's a learned trait... language is. Language is not natural, it is not inherent. It's a horrible vicious circle, and I have no idea what it all means, because without language we would not have developed in the way we did... but we are still limited by our language... we need to develop a higher form of communication.. pure thought needs to be translated into something we can all share and understand. Say a language that exists in three dimensions(I kind of think you can see, feel understand this sort of thing on mushrooms), a language that you can see and feel and understand in a whole new way. I don't know... rambling again... random thoughts...

That wasn't even really quite on key.... but DXM(dextromethorphan) shows you another realm that exists inside of yourself... sort of. It's like the opposite of acid(sort of). It's sensory shut down... you being to lose your outside senses and sensations(to some degree) and begin to exist in your mind a lot stronger. It's kind of like lucid dreaming, in the sense that you are inside your mind, you can do whatever you want(awareness, lucid). I've experienced some very intense transcendental sort of things on DXM. DMT gives you access to a whole other world. The elf/alien/gnome/nano-machines type creatures that exist there and speak to you and show this whole other dimension of reality that we don't normally exist in are the most common thing experienced in that realm.

Shamans have been accessing this dimension for thousands of years...

I think about that a lot. Language is so limiting, yet without it, we wouldn't have knowledge -at least not the way we "know" knowledge :roll:
Yet, languages are also beautiful and mind-expanding (mathematics, music, logic, and sound and the way they inter-relate fascinate me). I tend to stay away from chemical alkterations 'cause I think they can too easily cause the mind to trick/deceive itself (delusion), and can open it to things "that we shouldn't see."

You would have to give your creation free will and not interfere in order to completely and honestly know yourself. I was just re-reading this...
I think that "it" can be accessed upon death. I do believe that reality is multi-dimensional and that through altered states of consciousness we can catch glimpses of alternate realities, but not truly fully participate. I look forward to death because of this, but at the same time, I also value life in the corporeal (physical/as we know it) all the more, with the faith that this is a beginning point or training ground for bigger and better things (at least for some).

I play a lot of silly instruments in undisciplined fashion... :roll: like the guitar and didjeridu; I also have some 99 cent woodwinds from an aborigine cultural festival! :goodjob2: I also really like middle-eastern stringed instruments like the ko kyu. I enjoy a lot of unique instruments, but I don't necessarily aim to play all of them. Maybe just meet some others of like mind and play and create together...that's what I want...
