I'd say the best way to define it, I think, is that your consciousness leaves your body and can explore the Astral world. It's mostly the same as the waking world except you percieve things you can while awake. Think like sound waves. Just as some sounds are beyond human hearing, some things are beyond human perception. Going Astral helps you percieve them. Does that make sense?Quote:
