Anyone experience the light?
Say your in a classroom, college whatever. And someone has to pick the next person to read a project or something.
Ever had a little light appear above such persons head right before they said your name.
Hard to explain.. basically have a visual representation of what someone is thinking.
not really a light, but i can usually tell when they pick me,
Yeah, I never seen any 'light' but i always got that feeling 'oh great, I'm next' whether it be reading or giving a presentation.
It doesn't happen often but seems interesting.
That's very interesting....
on another note this isn't really on topic but slightly similar...
Sometimes I'd just get a random thought pop into my head and then like seconds later someone else would say the thought I just got....
kind of neat :)
It's funny when I just say something along with somebody just because I thought it was an original thought.. the way your voices harmonise is really wierd.
Would I be wrong in thinking there are Tool fans here?
Sorry if you think i'm offending you. But in my opinion knowing for example you're getting picked next is an example of if you've heard of Derren Brown proving mediums wrong he shows how people think someone or themselves as physic because they don't remember the times they've guessed wrong etc but use the times they guessed right as proof.
Once again sorry if i'm offending your beliefs. Just an opinion. :P

Whenever someone looks at me, especially intentional stares I always know and turn my body(or face) to the direction of the gaze.
Must be the eyes behind my head.

I haven't had any experiences with lights popping up above peoples heads when they think about me, but I can feel when someones attention is on me. Like when they are looking at me etc. Everyone can feel that btw, if you have to do a speech before class, you can feel it best, the attention of all people on you giving that pressure feeling is not in your imagination like most people seem to think. This is something you can experiment with very easily to verify it for yourself weather it is imagination or an actual sensory input. Plenty of people around to test it on. You need to examine this yourself before you can believe it anyway.
Deathcell, was that a one time occurence, or did you already experiment with the lights above the head to see if it keeps occuring?
Yeah, if you continue to open the third eye through meditation, then more of these occurances will happen naturally. You are simply in the beginning process of see auras. Eventually, these auras will turn to color so you will have a better understanding of what it all means if you study up on the color orientation of auras. Its neat, but if you don't want these experiences then you may just ask your sub concience to stop seeing them. But if you do decide to continue on this wonderful process, then please, enjoy yourself. Also, try reading The Celestine Prophecy. Its a fun read and will explain a little more on how to control them, as well as alot of other material. =)

@DeathCell Curious, when you are meditating, how do you go about it? I mean do you just sit in the lotus position, relax and concentrate on your breathing along with clearing your mind or is there something else that you do? :)
This happened to me a lot going through school but I never seen a light above their heads I just had this feeling. I never thought I was psychic maybe paranoid lol. When I went to high school I always joked around with my friends and told them that I was psychic. They never believe me so I told them to pick a number 1-10 in there head and I always got the number correct. They would freak out and wouldn’t believe it, so they asked me do it again and I did and got it correct. I did this to at least seven or eight people and I was never wrong. The way I did it was when the first number would pop in my head, I would say that number. If I sat there and thought of different numbers it would never work, it would have to be the first number that popped in my head.
I had to go to jury duty one time and had to sit there for eight hours, and at the end they would have to pick one jury member to go home. They had all our names in this bucket and the judge had to pick one out without looking. I knew right away that he was going to pick my name, I started to sit up before he even said my name. It was embarrassing getting up in front of all these people, they all are looking at me wait for me to get out of the room. I also was happy to get the hell out of there.
About five years past and I haven’t did any psychic stuff. I thought maybe I lost it, so couple of weeks ago I tried a trick to see if I still have this ability. I grabbed a deck of cards and spread them across the table face down. I was going to try to find an ace on the first try, the first card I picked was an ace.
Does this mean I’m psychic? I don’t know, maybe, maybe not. It always surprises me when it happens though.
It would be neat to see auras around people but I don’t know how to do that.
What you did is similar to RV and might even be RV(Remote Viewing). The only problem that I see is that you had a forced response, however, in your case, you used your intuition which RV relies upon and said the first number. If you were to think about it, 100% sure you wouldn't get it right. Try Remote Viewing and see what you get, because, if you are able to overpower your thinking using intuition like how you just told them the number right every time without thinking about it, then you would make a good RVer. As for the cards, its possible that's the case OR maybe if you have played with the cards long enough, some of them would have little scratches, etc.... and when you touched a card, you felt the texture without realizing it and chose an ace, just a guess on my part. To see auras around people, you need to open the third eye. Personally, I'm very interested in opening it, but, I heard that you could get an energy imbalance which could be very horrible and you could even get really sick, etc.... because of it, so, I'm pretty hesitant to open it. You could try meditating on the pineal gland as in clear your mind and focus on it. I remember reading that it was thought to be responsible for psychic abilities and so forth and it has shrunk in size since people stopped using it sometime back. If you meditate on it, maybe you can reawake it or notice something different, just a thought :)Quote:
