ok i tried to lucid dreaming by focusing on third eye a couple of times, but every time i do it, i get these crazy vibes. like my right and left side of the forehead start to vibrate ALOT and my pupils in my eyes start to move around extremely fast. and if i keep doin it i start to see flashing lights
btw when i say i get vibrations, its not just one or two of 'em, it feels like something is crawling inside the skin in my forehead. its very extreme
is it safe enough to keep doing it?
Wow. I don't have any advice for you, but that's pretty intense.
Maybe you're about to go into an OBE?

So be happy and be meditative. Try third eye meditation without giving any thought to Kundalini awakening. Just do what has been told and you will be in meditation. The awakening of Kundalini is a concept of yogis who are full time dedicated to this subject. We, as a common men and women of twenty first century, neither have he time nor the patience which is required for Kundalini awakening. Nevertheless, if you do want to know more and experiment on this, please consult a yogic expert who can personally guide you. As far as meditation is concerned what I have told you is enough.

I use to have these same vibrations before. My eyes would start to move really fast and there`s this heat in my forehead. Honestly, I have no idea what it is. The only thing I know is that it stopped when I changed the technique of meditaion. Maybe I wasn`t doing it right.
