When I get horney and I want to release that sexual tention all I have to do is stretch (no not down there, you know like streching after a nap) either on purpose or I stretch subconciously. Can anyone explain this phnonmenon? Is it sexual energy being distributed thoughout my body or the very beggings of Kundalini awakening? Your thoughts are well appreciated.Also even thought I am a guy I would like Women's perspectives as well please.
Awwww, not that Kundalini crap again. I'm sick of hearing that word.
People pick up that word and try to make it fit their personal experience, like trying to force a square peg into a round opening. As a result all the kundalini references on the net are pure garbage.
Do yourself a favor and forget you ever heard that word. If you are experiencing something along those lines, it doesn't matter what you call it. Trying to label stuff like that just leads to confusion.
I was timid of using the K word, but it was the only thing that seem to fit the explaination. Frankly I don't care what word people call it I just really want to know what's going on between Sexual Arrosal and Energy.Quote:

I think it just feels good to stretch in general, and you just associated it with sexual energy. sorta like "they" say sneezing is similar to orgasm, or like how chocolate triggers some of the same chemical releases as an orgasm.
