Hello, My name's Harel, I'm 14 years old and in a month i'll be 15.
I usually remember a dream or few at one night, I rememberd 3, I had 4 ~ 3 lucids so far and at the latest lucid, I knew it was a dream from the moment I got in, I felt my whole body even though I was dreaming, I moved my leg and it kicked me out of the dream.
I stayed still then I got in, I knew I was dreaming all along :D
So here's a little information about myself:
I like science, always did. since I was a little boy I wanted to be a scientist.
I like animes, lots of them, I think it expands my imagination -one of my goals is bringing an anime to a dream (happend a few times but I was lucid with anime powers only once)
Dream signs that occur on daily basis:
Scouts - usually field trips and so
Battles - I engage alot of battles during my dreams

Goals:
Master all of the 4 elements:
1.Earth- to be able to control earth at my own free will, create a house from earth and so.
2.Water - Water bending, making the water float, control it.
3.Fire-Breath fire, make flames from my body,mouth,beneath my legs and so.
4.Air-I want to be like the avatar anime.
Fly- float around and control myself while flying
Talk to dream characters - I want to ask dream characters for what they represent and maybe by that communicate with my subconsciousness.
Strech - Strech my hand like luffy from one piece
there are many more goals that I can't recall right now :)

Yeah I do have a Dream Journal, I made it 24 days ago ;)
One time I woke up at 11:30 AM I stayed in my bed and started imagining things, the imagination slowly turned into dreaming, but I was still feeling my entire body.
I moved my leg to see what happends, because I didn't know if I was dreaming or imagining things anymore.
It made the dream dissappear, the dream stopped, then I realized I was in a dream + having full control of my real body.
I went back to sleep only this time from the moment I fell asleep I knew it was a dream from the moment I was dreaming.
At the end of my LD (it was lucid since I knew it was a dream all along) I thought to myself, oh well time to wake up so I won't forget the dream and I'll write everything down in my Dream Journal.
Then I woke up in the real life.
I'll start reading tutorials and such right now, thanks :)

Awesome! That was a WILD. Congrats:) Yeah, counting fingers is my favorite RC also, although I love nose pinch, gravity and thumb/palm, because it's such a weird feeling. Nice going, keep it up:)

Hey Gab, I had 4 LDs so far, how can I increase my lucidity?

By the way, in 2 out of 4 lucids I had, I forgot I'm dreaming, how can I remember that I'm dreaming?
Do I have to keep doing reality checks so I'll remember?

I think best way to increase lucidity is by practicing daytime awareness. Once you become more aware while awake, you will be more aware in your dreams. Here is a link to Sageous's WILD class, whre he provides excellent explanation about how to 'be aware'. That same thing also helps in DILDs.

And here is Stabilization tutorial. In this one, spinning is listed as one of the methods. Keep in mind, that it can also wake you up. Some people talk or sing to themselves. Some people are able to stop and meditate inside a lucid dream, but I have heard, that best is to keep moving and doing things - to be involved with the dream, not just be an observer. Hope this helps:)

I heard this song the day before it happend, if it matters.
Something incredible happend to me in spanish class about two weeks ago, I'll write the story down from the beggining.
I was really tired that day, I haven't slept well that night and the nights before, I usually don't actually learn new things (our teacher's new, she can't control the class) so I decided to try and take a nap.
I coverd my head with my arms while I was sittin on the chair with the head against the table, I imagined stuff, I decided to try to imagine things from first person (usually when I use my imagination its 3rd person), I felt heavy, I felt my entire body as it was much heavier (in real life).
I didn't create my imagination, I didn't control it, it was like it was a dream only this time I felt my whole body and I was fully conscious, I was looking at my self (3rd person), I was in a place where all of the ground was flat and coverd with grass, a grass field, I saw the green color of the grass, I decided to look up to the sky, and then I thought in real life "how awesome would it be if I'd see a flying house up there in the sky" then while I tilted my head up to look for the sky I saw things from first person again, I saw the clouds and the sky, it was awesome.
in the middle of the air there was a pile of dirt, just floating in the air, staying still, it was so high.
I decided to try and look on the specific details as my LD buddy told me to try and do it in my next LD, it all happend again, only this time when I looked up, I saw that some dirt were falling slowly from that pile of dirt.

what was it?
It was like a Lucid Dream only I was fully conscious and it started from my imagination, that turned into a dream.

I have some great news for you to hear! I had a DILD an LD, actually two LDs in a night after a few disappointing nights!
I slept around 9~10 hours, I'll shorten it up since I must go in a couple of minutes:
At the first LD, I saw a castle it was coverd with purple smoke, I thought to myself "that castle's ugly, I wish it was more beautiful" then it became an awesome castle, like this one:

Then I realized its a dream.
I did the hand counting reality check, seven fingers on the left hand and 12 fingers on the right one :D
I started walking to the castle, I found myself in the middle of a sand arena with 12 enemy warriors (they had armor and spears) approaching me, I used the passive way of getting things.
I thought to myself, "I should've been in italy" I blinked and the sand arena turned into a georges italian street, awesome house and a landscape, the warriors were still approaching me.
I thought to myself "hmm the warriors should be nice and kind" I blinked and they turned into cute cuddly brown bears holding something cute that I can't recall what it was :)
As for the second lucid, I tried something my friend recommended me to try in my next LD.
I was in a huge HD grass field, on my right there was a gym park and on my left there were some girls walking, I looked in the middle of the field grass and I tried to concentrate on both of them, I managed to see what the girls were wearing and I saw some people doing exercises at the gym park, concentration worked :D
Afterwards I thought "I never tried reading a book in a LD" then I thought "there should be a book right here on the left" I was at a huge grass field. there could be no books on the left yet I convinced myself there will be ;)
I knew I was tryin the passive way so I believed in it.
so after I turned left one of my friends put his hand on my shoulder and said "Harel, the books are over here!" and pointed on a tent that was on the left, he smiled at me and I quickly thought "Wow! he might be my dream guide! I should look at his eyes and mouth/smile quickly because I heard they don't change" so I did.
I walked inside the tent, there were lots of bible books over there, I opend one of them and I could see the letters, but I didn't try to read them, I told my friend "they aren't sentences they are a bunch of words made up together!"

When you put your head down at school - you were sleep deprived, as you say you didn't sleep well and you went straight into REM. What you had could have been a WILD, or a "dreamlet" that forms just before a dream. But I'm leaning towards a WILD, because you had control (summoning the pile) and you were able to make decisions (looking up).

I would say you incubated your dream by visualizing it. You can try visualizing next time too, to get a dreamscene that you want. Although I see, that you have no problem changing a dreamscene (great job passively controling).

You had a very good DILD, congrats! Keep it up. :)

I'm practically posting the same posts here and in the intro class, because I want you and my other teacher to see this, so I apologize for that.
Sorry I haven't been here for a while.
I had the most amazing LDs! again, two LDs in one night!
Anywho, I'll cut to the chase:
I saw a mini river, looked like a pool shaped nicely, I decided to do water bending, I made it, I made the water float in the air, It didn't last long tho.
afterwards I tried Earth bending. I kicked the ground and a pile of dirt came from it and I kicked the pile (Just like in avatar) I was amazed.
I tried air-bending to, didn't work tho.
This LD was medium when it comes to time, I was tired when I wrote it so I went to the pc to type it.
My native language isn't english, so I'll translate it by myself soon, for now, I'll use google translate to translate the whole LD and edit it a little so the english won't be fully retarted, my apologies again:



Mommy and Daddy are getting married, I and my brother at their wedding (it's really blurry) and I reached a stage that for no reason I just do a reality check (out of habit).
I have three fingers of my left hand and two fingers of my right hand (left hand little finger and middle finger is missing).
*I asked my brother if it's a dream and he tells me its not.
I argued with him, and told him he was lying, and he insists that this was not a dream, but I didn't believe him.
Me and My brother went into one room at the wedding, and there are some people with black suits who want to kill us.
We run until we get into this room and we do not have far to run, I tried to blink and teleport away.
First time I tried blinking nothing happens (short blinking, like in real life) and the second time I blinked I closed my eyes, trying to imagine where I'm going to teleport, I wasn't able to imagine any place that I wanted to teleport to, then I opend my eyes and they were still coming to me! I closed my eyes tight and I think "I'm going to teleport somewhere else now "
I teleport into a car, My brother (which is sixteen [16], in other words doesn't have a driving license) drives me to school , and accidently goes the wrong way, then he realizes he made a mistake the way but he wants to make a horseshoe, the road is two lanes one for each side ( Back and forth, back and forth) then there is nowhere to maneuver that we are on the bridge, then he goes straight until it's where to turn.
I go and turn around and then drove us to the Ori Golan 46. We were on the highway straight on then because it was a dream, I want to try to fly, I opend the door of the car and then I go out and I just fly, like Superman, hands up near the head,flying in front of the right front seat, it was really cool, it was fast too.
We arrive at the scene that has a white wall with small white squares filled it by the road, and there's like a puddle of water where there is relatively high pit, the water like a strange circle shaped

At first, I went to the wall with squares, I'm looking and there and a short beard and a hat of earth symbol Avatar probably and he tells me something about squares. I do not delve into his information too much.

I wake up in my bed at my old home (two houses ago, 3 years ago) False awakening, (I know I'm dreaming), there are three boxes, stacked, each other and the boxes have a towel between my bed and my brothers bed against the wall, there are boxes on the left one small box.
I got up and I see a blur, I feel my body in real life and I knew that the dream was going to end soon.
I think to myself "No, not yet!" Then I put the stability back on when I open my eyes tight. I leave the room and turned left into the living room (its just amazing how much the memory is good, it's been three years since I was there).
I decide to check the animal / creature that I change into, as in the most favorite creature I like to morph into,so I rememberd that I read in DreamViews that some people jump from high places and before they reach the bottom they change into a dragon, owl,etc.
So I decide to go to the balcony and jump and do what I have read, worst case scenario if I'm not going to morph I'll just fly. I'm going to the balcony , I see one mof my girl-class mates stuck on small wood,in its leaves (they're green), I ignore her. And then I see that someone's calling me on Skype, just appears as if the air screen and I see a full conversation with people, I do not see their pictures because they're not my friends on Skype, it's bad people who want to catch me (?perhaps from the last LD?). I feel my body in real life again, and I understand that the dream is gonna end any moment now, so I decide to remember many details as possible. There is a button "Join Call" and is green and I can send a message and the window of the call is connected to a contact list.
I join and then a man with a deep voice talking, it's evil. I wake up.



That's it, sorry for being lazy with the translation again, the translation is extra retarted because I've read that you should write down your dreams like in the present, not the past, so google translate kinda killed it.
I managed to score 3 goals! (Water bend, earth bend and flying)
I'm still planning to practice on them in my next Lucid Dreams but it was nice!
Can you give me any homework? I feel like I'm not participating enough in this class.

Oh and I practiced daytime awarness!
I think its one of the main things that helped me earn my newer LDs, Thanks Gab!

I did as you told me Gab!
I practiced daytime awarness, I believe it helped me earn my two LDs today and two days ago.
I'm a Gymnastic, I do flips, I'm flexible, etc.
To be honest, my favorite flip is Front flip, I'm to much of a coward to try backflip, I used to do back handspring.
Well anywho, I always want to try more flips.
The first LD starts in my gymnastic place:


First LD:
I did a reality check, the hand counting fingers (since I started doing it on daily basis, it turned out to be a habit :D) I had 3 fingers on my left hand (so far I'm the only person I heard of doing RC's and having less fingers instead of more) and 5 fingers on my right hand. I looked at my left hand (again) and it had 20 fingers, while I was counting them someone tried to interrupt me, I simply ignored him.
Since I realized its a dream, I decided to do some flips, I did a flip called Double Gainer 3 times

I landed on my ass, it didn't hurt, I did it 3 times (as I mentioned before) and it was amazing, I saw it from first person, freakin awesome!
In the rest of the LD I got out of the gymnastic hall, I was looking for a girl, I decided to fly and look for her, I jumped (I've been playing Crysis 2 lately, in this game you have a thing called 'mega jump' that you jump like 5 meters high) and instead of flying as I truely wanted, I 'mega jumped' I just jumped 5 meters high, landed on my feets, no pain :P

I managed to to some flips in this LD, I always wanted too, one of my goals :)


Second LD:
I was doing a campfire with a couple of my friends, then this guy I talk with at skype (which is from a different country) came to me and my friends and talked with us, at the middle of our conversation (we talked english) I said "Hmm, since it is a dream I guess I can speak my native language with him" then we both spoke the same language, untill then I didn't know it was a dream, must've been 'cause of your help!
After a while we went in a cave, where they were shooting the latest "Avatar: The Last Airbender" episode.
I saw one of the characters (Toph) doing strange movements with her arms, as she was earth bending, but nothing happend, then I realized the bending wasn't real, then one of the characters of this anime, came and water bend (Katara).
I went on in the cave. It was snowing. I was standing at a "balcony" that was made outta earth and was coverd with snow.
My friend from Skype taught me how to combine two elements into one attack. I held a water bubble in one arm and he told me to shoot lightning at it.
I did so and I got a lightning water bubble! I threw it at him, he got pissed at me (because I tried to attack him) and then I quickly jumped into the wide ocean from atleast 50m height!
I dived in and then I had trouble breathing, then I thought "I'm a water bender, I can breath under water" then I water bend my way outta the water, as I reached the top of the ocean, I stood on the water, I knew he was inside the ocean, he came after me.
I put my hand on the water and I wanted to freeze the ocean with him in it. I barely freezed anything. then I told myself "I can do it!" then half of the ocean froze, it was amazing.
The frozen ocean was a huge cube of ice, it tilted right and then he jumped at me, he got out from one of the cracks.
I took him and threw him at the pointy edge of the ocean-ice cube and he got ripped into two.


I did manage to bend Lightining and Water in this LD, few of my goals :D

Hey, what an awesome progress:) We are all happy for you!

I'll reply to a few of your posts here.

1. I'm not really big on homeworks. But what helped me, is just reading a lot about everything lucid dreaming related. Even different techniques, because you never know, when you wake up at night from an interupted lucid dream and you can put your knowledge of DEILD into use. The more you know, the better you'll get.

2.OK, so here is an assignment - keep practicing daytime awareness. Try out new RCs. And try some new gymnastic flips that you would like to do IWL.

3. You know, some sportsman that know about LDing do practice in their dreams. Is that one of your goals, too? You could practice your backflip:)

4. OMG, especially the one in the ocean is really awesome. Those are better dreams than I'm getting :) Very nicely written up and told as an interesting story. I love dreams with ocean, one of my goals is swim and dive in tropical see.

So whatewer you doing is working for you, keep it up. Remember this excitement and try to recall it when doing awareness and RCs (when asking yourself if you dreaming). Keep us posted and Happy dreams:)

Heh, I keep practicing daytime awarness, I had 3 LDs since I posted here, woah its been a while!
I was at Summer camp with the scouts, it was an 8 days trip.
I had one LD over there, and I had one LD today!
Anywho, I managed to metal bend the floor today,
Today's LD started as I woke up in a bed, in a huge room (more like the size of a house) and it was made of metal, the wall, the floor.
I forgot to RC but I knew I was dreaming, I did metal bending on the floor, a little hand gestures and off I bend the floor beneath me, I made it few feet high, then moved it around as I stood on it :]
There's a mini store in the middle of that room, It had huge metal things on every corner (the store was a metal square on the outside), I was high enough to stand beside it so I kicked it and watched how it flies (the metal thing, it was in the size of 4 people), I kicked it using metal bending.
I'd detail more soon enough about this LD and the others,
In one of the other LDs I managed to water bend in one other LD I had, with my enemy facing me, we both stood on the ocean, I didn't manage to bend the water over there so I decided to puke water (in order to have something to bend) I was a little nervous because I hoped that I wouldn't puke in real life to :P
As I puked water (felt totally natural) I stood on my knees with my hands on the water, for support.
After I finished puking water, I looked back on my enemy and he froze.
I'll share more stuff with you soon enough, its 2 am over here, after I wake up I'll comment another post!

Hope you had fun on your scouts trip. Nice job with your bending and LDs in general. :alien:

Thanks, sorry I haven't been active for quiet the while, here's a daily update

I had two lucids today!
the first one was quite boring, didn't do anything special, but the second one :
I ran with my friends in a grassy field in a certain place, seemed like a trip at a farm or so, I ran and told my friends that this is a dream, while we were running I saw there's a fence , I told them "Look, I'll prove it's a dream!" then I talked myself into believing that that fence isn't real and I ran through it, I ran through a solid object
I did it 3 times, then I had a kung fu fight with some random girl I invented, afterwards I lost lucidity.
Oh and this night it was a total of two LDs and one dream, I'm happier then morning sun.
I'll try to keep you intact with my dreams and visit the forums as much as I can.
In the first LD I had 3 fingers on my left hand and 6 on the right hand,
in the second LD I had 8 fingers on the left hand.

I have a quick question before I will tell you what happend while I was gone: what is your favorite transformation + have you ever transformed into a wolf or a dragon? Oh and what was the funnest things you ever did on a lucid / normal dream? Please don't spare any details! =D
A couple of days ago I had another LD.
the past 4 months I didn't write any dream.

I have to admit, I'm disappointed in myself. I never thought I would be this lazy.

I suppose as time passed, I just kept on forgetting about it more and more.
Anywho, I haven't wrote about 5 LDs, I think I already forgot two (I think) completely, but I still remember three that I plan on sharing with you guys =D
The first one involves the show "Fairly Odd Parents" - I managed to summon Wanda and Cosmo for a minute (they grant wishes, they act like a ginie) that LD was quite short.
My brother was riding the car and I was sitting in the front seat next to him. I realized I was dreaming and I rememberd that I wanted to summon them.
I looked at the back seat of the taxi (the car we were in was a taxi) and it was empty.
I looked again and it was empty.
the third time I looked I saw Wanda's pink hair and Cosmo's green hair and I saw their wand, I didn't get to see their faces though. I looked away and then looked at the back seat once again and they were gone

The second LD started with me walking down the street, near my house.
I knew I was dreaming and I did a reality check, however just like most LDs, my common sense seems a little twisted.
In that LD I decided that I need to go to a certain neighborhood in order to start doing what I intented on doing (in the particular case it was doing justus from naruto).
I wanted to fly to that neighborhood, I tried, but I just managed to jump high.
I started feeling my body in real life so I knew my LD was coming to an end, sadly I didn't manage to complete any dream goal I had.

I can't seem to recall the third LD :/

The fourth LD happend recently, a couple of days ago I decided that in order to have a converstaion topic with my lucid dreaming buddy I must have an LD.
In that night I just kept telling myself "today I will have a LUCID DREAM!", when I woke up I realized I didn't have a lucid dream.
But I didn't give up. I got back to sleep since it was still quite early, I kept telling myself "I WILL HAVE A LUCID DREAM" and guess what? I did have one :]
I was conscious the whole process.
Since I was so hung up on the idea of having a lucid dream I remained conscious, after a while - my body started feeling heavy as if suddenly I could feel the gravity or so,
then my ears started hurting a little bit and I heart an awful static noise. I started thinking about what if this is sleep paralysis? should I move and destroy it?
by what my brother told me it's an awful experiment, it's scary, I'll be hopeless once i'm in it and it may cause future nightmares.
Then I gathered my courage and thought "Even if it is scary, I will have to face it sooner or later, it's just an illusion that can cause no harm, I'll face it with my head high and I will hold no regrets".
Who knows, perhaps I did experience a sleep paralysis, perhaps I did not, the main idea I didn't stop because of it.
Afterwards I entered a dream. I felt my real body so even though I was conscious it wasn't a lucid dream yet.
I kept exiting and entering the dream (2 times- entered, exit , entered , exit).
I didn't move a single part of my body because I know that if I'd try to move it in the dream, it would move my real life body as well.
Few seconds later, I managed to do a reality check and I was sure that it was a dream (better be safe than sorry),
I took a swimmer pose and I decided to try and jump through the wall. it faild. I tried giving a punch to the wall (didn't hurt) then I gave it a light kick and my foot hurt, just like in real life.

That is all there is to it, with school and study, the stress is affecting my dreams (less dreams, shorter).

Those are some nice LDs. But listen, you really need to start writing in your DJ again. It helps with recall and with getting new lucids.

To your question - nope, I have not transformed yet :( And I have to think about your second question. happy dreams:alien:
