Can't move fast
It happeneds in my dreams a lot and I did not mind but last times it started to happen in my LDs ! I'm like stepping on the moon but I do not jump much but only for one two inches. I'm just in air and slowly goes down for about 1,5 - 2 sec and then I can do next step which takes next 2 secs... It's terrible. However I can't do other things which have in common with moving like flying or teleporting, when I'm trying to teleport it's very random and short distance otherwise when flying I'm like jump very high and falling down in nowhere(the place where I fall down is very random and short distance too). Helb ;O (oh and I'm really confused on this forum and do not know where should I post what...).

The problem with dreams is once something happens once it can influence you and make you think it'll keep happening. I've had nightmares where I try and run and it's like running underwater. Just relax, this kind of thing will happen now and then but it's not going to happen in every dream. It only will if you give it too much attention and worry about it. It's your dream, take the control back.

Try controlling your body mentally rather than physically. For example, say you want to go to the other end of a room, through the power of thought, lift your body off the ground and float to where you want to go. Pretending you have wings on your back helps with this. For flying, pretending you have a jetpack on your back with unlimited power helps. If you want to go faster or higher, you imagine the pack having more power and if you want to go slower or land you imagine the packs power dropping or shutting off while letting yourself drop.
This works for me anyway. Using your imagination helps with dream control.

Sounds to me like you're thinking about it too much. I like to take Nike's advice when it comes to dream control. Just do it! That's all there is to it. You are thinking about moving around too much, and teleporting and flying, you are thinking of it too much. You just have to go for it without thinking about it. Know that you can do it, and that you are in complete control of you dream, and all else will hopefully come naturally.
Good luck!

Along with just thinking you can do it, you can also set up other ways around it. Try to create scenarios that will help you out of the situation. Maybe summon a magic button that makes you move fast once you press it. Or perhaps drink something magical. Whatever you decide, the point is to tell yourself that it's not permanent, and that you can do something about it. Be creative and experiment, you'll surely find a way that works. Good luck!

I've got a bit of experience so I know how important good attitude is. Thank you everyone for answers. I'll especially try this last one solution mainly because of that another ones I tried out already. I mean making sceneries like a big chute or something(like for good start) Thank you again ;O I'll write later what happened.
