Recreating / Recalling a dream?

I have searched and SEARCHED for information on this. Thought I did find info on remembering dreams (which I don't have a problem with doing), I didn't find anything on how to intentionally induce a previous dream. That is, I want to experience my dream again. I've never achieved lucidity yet, so I can't change my dream environment by LD means; I've been trying for about a week now, and any help is appreciated.

I'm new here, by the way. I apologize if this topic has been brought up before. The search function does not always work to it's maximum efficiency, you see :lol:

To be honest, I've never tried to incubate a dream, so I can't really just tell you how :(

i figure it would work alot better with wbtb if you want to try it. and make sure to put in lots of details. It took alot of concentration for me to do it so i dont plan on doing it again.

Overall I guess you just focus on whatever dream you want to have as vividly as possible.
As some of those quotes said, it would probably be best to do it with WBTB.

The best dream incubation method: Have lucid dream and teleport to whatever dream you want to re-live :P

No luck with this or lucidity last night, but I'll try again tonight. Does having a good feeling ever ruin it for you guys?
