      Recreating / Recalling a dream?

I have searched and SEARCHED for information on this. Thought I did find info on remembering dreams (which I don't have a problem with doing), I didn't find anything on how to intentionally induce a previous dream. That is, I want to experience my dream again. I've never achieved lucidity yet, so I can't change my dream environment by LD means; I've been trying for about a week now, and any help is appreciated.

I'm new here, by the way. I apologize if this topic has been brought up before. The search function does not always work to it's maximum efficiency, you see

heres a couple on making a sequel. Its pretty much the same concept except you place yourself at the start, not end.

      Here are some links/quotes.
To be honest, I've never tried to incubate a dream, so I can't really just tell you how

Although most of these talk about inducing lucids, I'm sure they can also be used for normal dreams:

1.) Write down your desired dream as if it's already taken place noting you achieved 100% lucidity, this way it convinces your mind the dream has already taken place greatly increasing your chances of ld incubation.

2.) Fully visualise your dream using all your senses and make sure you picture yourself becoming lucid.

3.) Repeat your phrase before sleep
      Thats from here.

Another quote, two posts before this one he said he had great success with the method:

Then wala! i ended up dreaming my wanted dream

i figure it would work alot better with wbtb if you want to try it. and make sure to put in lots of details. It took alot of concentration for me to do it so i dont plan on doing it again.

alright i think i finished this time lol
      Thats from here.

Overall I guess you just focus on whatever dream you want to have as vividly as possible.
As some of those quotes said, it would probably be best to do it with WBTB.

No luck with this or lucidity last night, but I'll try again tonight. Does having a good feeling ever ruin it for you guys?
