I get like really scared

When I have lucid dreams I get like really scared that something bad is going to happen, like I'm going to hurt myself or something really scary is going to happen. So I always snap out of the dream before anything really cool or awesome can happen.

Is there any like meditation techniques or something I can use to prevent this? ><

Confidence, really.
If you'd like a meditation mantra, you could always tell yourself that you won't be scared, reinforce the belief that you're essentially all-powerfull in your dreams, and nothing could hurt you without your permission.

If you'd like something other than a mantra, or just instructions on how to reinforce confidence; you could imagine yourself as a superhero that never dies, five yourself a shield that deflects anything and everything, learn to teleport on command so you can run away in case anything scary does happen. That sort of thing.
