Got into SP popping in and out of my dream?

I have two questions last night when i tried for WILD I stayed still for about 20 minutes and then my body felt like it had a led blanket over it. But the issue is i had headphones on and was listening to hypnotic audio. So i didn't hear anything, I saw random images (EX. A 7 eleven sign) but the random images were rare and lasted about 5 seconds and then disappeared. By body felt like it was at the edge of the bed (even though i was in the center) and i felt like somebody had grabbed my head and was dragging me (a small pain). Was that SP?

And when i was in that SP (I think :D) i found myself in a dream but i would then go back to the SP and say in my head "Is that it?" But the dreams were not dreams with me in it. It was like i was watching a movie i popped in and out several times. Some of these "dreams" were random and others were commercials! (I don't remember the dreams but i remember that they seemed like commercials) As soon as i woke up from this "dream" I forgot it even though i was still in SP and haven't moved! So my question is were these dreams? Or random images that might form into a dream?

Yup! That was genuine sleep paralysis for you.

Those sound like dreams to me. You've gone farther with the WILD method than many folks I've seen post about it around DV, myself included. (Done it once, but you seem to have had better success than I have.) Those may have been dreams, but there is that very blurry line between dreams and those hallucinogenic images you've been seeing. I'd say you were getting close to and then moving away from those dreamscenes. Get to that point again, and get sucked into one of them, and you'll be in a lucid dream.

Actually last night I got into SP. I had the lead blanket effect, and my right arm really hurt for some reason :/
However, I did not have any HI, but I did hear some noises. A couple of like whistle sounding-sounds. I wasn't going anywhere, and for some reason my leg twitched into say, 30 minutes of staying still and it brought me out of the effects. I felt like I was going to puke after for some reason. You got further then me I guess :)

Wow really they were so weird and i forgot what happened in them about 10 seconds later. Infact i bet what killed them off was the WTF happened in that hallucination!
