Thread: Got into SP popping in and out of my dream?

I have two questions last night when i tried for WILD I stayed still for about 20 minutes and then my body felt like it had a led blanket over it. But the issue is i had headphones on and was listening to hypnotic audio. So i didn't hear anything, I saw random images (EX. A 7 eleven sign) but the random images were rare and lasted about 5 seconds and then disappeared. By body felt like it was at the edge of the bed (even though i was in the center) and i felt like somebody had grabbed my head and was dragging me (a small pain). Was that SP?

And when i was in that SP (I think ) i found myself in a dream but i would then go back to the SP and say in my head "Is that it?" But the dreams were not dreams with me in it. It was like i was watching a movie i popped in and out several times. Some of these "dreams" were random and others were commercials! (I don't remember the dreams but i remember that they seemed like commercials) As soon as i woke up from this "dream" I forgot it even though i was still in SP and haven't moved! So my question is were these dreams? Or random images that might form into a dream?
