I have been floating around this site for about a week now just checking things out. I dream pretty much every night and I did start keeping a dream journal which had tremendously helped my recall. The problem that it has created for me is that by the time that I write everything down I have awakened too much to go back into my dreams. Any solutions?
I can do dream control but only if something in the dream is bothering me or if it repeats and I am tired of it. I like the idea of doing the exercizes to make something happen but if I am having a perfectly good dream then I have no desire to change it. It's kind of like watching a good movie for me, I only step in and direct in adverse situations. Every night I have gone to bed intending to try one of the exercises(swinging from vine into a pool of water is normal behavior for me anyway) but I haven't done it. I will keep trying though.
