Alright, so I'm pretty new to the whole forum thing, but there's a first time for everything and I thought this would be a good place to start.
I first discovered lucid dreaming, and this website, sometime in December 2006. I was intrigued, to say the least, and decided to give it a go, despite some initial skepticism. I almost immediately had a couple of DILDs, nothing impressive but it was at least enough to convince me that lucid dreaming is, in fact, possible. After this I only experienced a couple more LDs (the most memorable of which was an accidental WILD, which will be my first entry). Then I went to college and became too busy to bother with dream journals and RCs, and sleep was far too precious to waste time on WILD attempts. So I quit.
In the last couple of weeks though, my interest has been rekindled. I've begun to question my reality again (not RCs really, just keeping tabs on my state of mind) and today it's payed off. I am now officially lucid dreaming again. :D
Still, I've had a big problem with recall these last few months, and I've read time and again that DJs are by far the best way to improve on that. So here I am. :)
Any kind of feedback is welcome in this journal!
