So, I finally decided to start a DJ. It´s about time anyway. But hey, if you do not know who "I" am, it wont be fun to read this. So here I go:

I´m Markus. I was born 15th of January 1994. And I´m finnish.

I consider myself to be a natural LDer. I had constant LDs for years, when I was a little boy, about 4-8yrs old. But back then, I never understood, that I could control it. And they were not full LDs, only low level ones.
9 months back my dad and mom were talking. My dad talked about some weird woman, who claims to be able to fly away from her body. I am a sceptic about all that stuff, but I decided to find out about this woman. I went to youtube, and found a video of her talking about the subject. I´m not sure about the path, but one thing led to another. Soon I found the word: "Selkouni". It is the finnish word for LDing. I googled "Selkouni", and found many interesting sites. I was just thinking "Omg, if you could cause yourself to have one of those!!!" And then.... I found out, that you could.
I found techs to have LDs. Then I found a finnish LDing forum. I trained and trained, I did RCs, questioned reality all the time...
Then It happened.

I was at school. It was boring, and I was laying on my desk.. My friends were around me.. One was staring at me.. I just though "Hmm... I want to know, can I actually see in a dream, or is it just imagination.. I´ve got to try to find out tonight"
I stared at my friends face/at the wall. Then I heard a very silent, but glorious sound in my head... It was a trumpet sound. It was a glorious one, I cannot describe it. Then, I slowly lifted my head up.. The sound came stronger...
"I am dreaming!!!" I though
I looked at my friends face, too see, if I could actually see in my dreams.
I could. Then I had a FA, and I lost lucidity.
I woke up, and did not remember anything. It was later in the day, that I remembered everything.

From that moment on, I have tried to LD as hard as I can. Only now am I starting a Dream Journal, that includes all my normal dreams too.
My main interest is WILD, but I am after DILDs too. But that is not important. This is my Dream Journal, and that´s it.

I really don´t remember much, but:

I am at my school. A russian boy asked me, if I´ve had any thiefs in my house lately

I am at my house, upstairs. Someone is with me. I hear my door opening downstairs. I though, that it was "the thief", so I did noises to scare him.

I saw this dream about 12 hours ago, so I do not remember much... Here are some fragments.

I am walking in my school. I´m on top of a stairway, still walking. My "favorite" teacher walks by me, but I ignore him.

I am running with some people trough a corridor.

I am at a terrace. There are some friends with me. The terrace doesn´t have anything to keep you from falling, which scared my head off. Below there is a pool. We are inside a big swimming hall.

I am on a level. I am in the same space, as before, on top of the pool. But now I am panicing. What a fall down! It was at least 30 meters, but I though, that "that must be 20 meters". In the end I get brave, and jump to the water.

A robot... I´m controlling it. I am assaulting some people with it.. I first swim with it, then I direct it to solid land, then I shoot with it.. Then it breaks down. I "restart" and this time help it by shooting the enemies with a handgun or something similar.

I am at the parking lot of a real life shop. I am waiting for the bus. I see my brother at the yard of my real life school. The bus comes. My bro and his friends "lift" the fence covering the school yard, then they come out below it. They run for the bus. I was hoping, that they would not make it, but they did.


There are some more fragments, but that was all I could think of right now. Tomorrow I´ll come straight to my computer, write everything down to Word and then post here. Oh, and BTW. I´m gonna try and WILD tomorrow morning. So wait for the results!

So first of all, I tried to WILD. And it went better than ever. I was a bit too awake, but it went pretty good anyway. So I woke up after 4 hours of sleep, from a very light dream. I accidentally pressed snooze (cell phone), and had to get it off of it would start to ring again after 20 minutes. Damn! "How do I get this off??". First I tried shutting it down. But no, I remembered, that it would ring anyway. I tried to take off the battery (right word?) from the cell, but oh no. I couldn´t get it off, the damn "back plate" was so tightly closed. Then I tried to set a new time (this cell doesn´t have an option to take the snooze off without it first ringing). It helped, it didn´t ring after 20 minutes. So anyway, after I had gotten the snooze off, I went to my lobby. I lied (right word?) down to my couch, and stucked my foot in some hole for a mild pain anchor. Then I just though "Now!!". I counted "1, I´m dreaming, 2, I´m dreaming" and so on. At the same time I tried to notice the anchor (not strongly enough). I just wanted to WILD! Well, not as strongly maybe just at the moment, cuz I was so sleepy. But soon... I lost it... Then I heard a "BEEP" and had a weird feeling, so I gathered myself again, and kept counting. But at some point (after 10 minutes) I gave up and changed my posture. Then I tried in the different posture, but didn´t suceed.

Reasons for failing:
1. Hard time keeping eyes closed.
2. Light level too high.
3. Concentration too low!!! Both in counting and in the pain anchor.
4. Too mild anchor.
5. Too undetermined mind.

Solutions:
1. Sleeping mask
2. Curtains everywhere
3. Must accept falling asleep, just noticing the anchor and counting, and do them both harder.
4. More painful anchor.
5. I must understant, how close it is! A real WILD!

Now for the dream part (this happened after the WILD attempt):

I was at my home. I was going somewhere. My cousin was with me. Soon me and my cousin went to our car with the rest of my family, and we drowe away from our yard. After we had been driving for a 100 meters, I had to get something from my home. I went back, and took something with me.
Next thing I know is, I´m inside this building. There was a party going on. I did all kinds of stuff there, and I was always embarrassed. After some time, me and my classmates went to this room. I sat next to E. I though of something. Then I looked back at E, but he was gone. A 70yr man was there. My classmates had left the room. Soon a teacher came in to tell the old people of the room what to do. I went out of the room, and tried to find my classmates. I only heard some speech and music, but I did not find any of them. Well, I went to do some weird stuff in the building. Soon I came to the exit, and saw the teacher, who was "acceping" the daily performance of the stutents. I was the only one, who did not get accepted....

I´m sitting on a chair. I´m at my school. I think, that me and my father are eating something. Then I see E and K, and go ask them, where was the place I was supposted to go "yesterday". I dont remember, what they said. Soon me and my dad went to the school yard to ask a friendly woman, where we had to go. The woman told where. So I went back inside, and my dad showed me a corridor, and said that I must go there. In the corridor were some of my classmates. T came there, and told me that he and E had shouted me to come with them "yesterday", but I hadn´t heard it. After that me and K started fighting. He made my clothes disappear. But then he gave them back and said "sorry"....

I´m at my friends yard. I´m waiting for my friend, and meanwhile I´m cleaning his yard (bottles everywhere). My friend comes. We jump in to this hole. The next thing I know is:
I´m seeing myself in 3rd person, pumping speed to a muscle powered train, and some wolfes are chasing me. I see a helicopter.

I´m gonna try and WILD again tomorrow morning. I´ll be writing a lucid then, so "stay tuned"!

First of all, the WILD attempt. It went terribly wrong, again. I did not do it properly, and just did a little something. Damn..

And I don´t remember anything from my dream.

But one positive happened earlier. 4 hours ago I said to myself: "I will not leave this bed untill I have WILDed". Well, I never succeeded. BUT I did feel all these sensations (right word?). I felt a little hot, a little cold and numb. I also heard the "BEEP" noise that comes, whenever I try to WILD and almost succeed. I also saw some mild HI. Then I had these little non-control movements all over my body, and I could ignore itching and the temptation to move. The big thing however was, when I noticed, that I´m moving one of my toes, but as I noticed it, the movement stopped. I could not have really moved my toe! That happened to some other parts of my body as well. I tried to imagine myself doing something in my mind, so that I´d forget my body, and I could say, that 1% of me was in a dream then. You see, I almost felt my imagined body.

Tomorrow I´ll succeed!

No dreams last night, and no dreams this night.

Hey, it´s 2009. I am not gonna sleep tonight :D. So no dreams tonight, and I recorded none from last night.

I have not been posting here for a month, but now I´m back cuz... I almost WILDed! Here´s how it went...

I´m walking all normally with two cops in front of me. Suddenly I realize, that just a moment ago I was trying to MFG! So I ran in front of the cops, and yelled: "I´m dreaming!" or something.
I woke up. Before I could think about anything, I heard the good old "BEEP" sound that comes when I go to SP. Then I felt realllllly weird. I had this strange feeling all over my body, and it felt like I was being molten metal. My fingers turned all weirdly and so on. I also saw some HI. I was exited, but I tried to just relax.. I though about, will I find myself in my bed, in an actual dream?! It was so cool. Well, soon I found myself in a dream. I wasn´t lucid for the first 10sec or so. Soon I undertood, that I´m dreaming.

I looked at my hand. There were 5 fingers, but I knew I was dreaming. At the time, I was standing near a field. It was pretty dark, and there was snow everywhere. During/After I did the RC, I looked at the sky. It was so real, and soooo beautiful. I saw the moon. That was.. I mean.. amazing. Then I started running towards my yard. When I reached it, though, it had changed into my grandmothers yard. I started singing: "I believe I can fly!" over and over again, with a great voice. Then I jumped in the air. I almost fell down, but I managed to keep myself in the air. It felt so amazing, the bottom of my stomack felt like liquid. The rest of the dream I just flew around. Then I had a couple FAs

So, that was again an accidental half WILD, so that does not count as a real WILD. Tonight I will succeed in WILDing!!!! :D

Dream 1

I´m visiting Richie Rich (You know the movie? :D). I am wandering around his house. I accidentally went to a restricted area. I couldn´t get out of there. Soon though, some people came in there and led me out. Me, Richie and some dudes did some crazy stuff after that. Soon I had to leave.
The scene changed to something else. Me and some of my friends were in this camp. We did some weird missions with a huge group of people. After doing some random missions I went to buy something from a weird shop. I bought some stuff to a dude I hate (I think).

Dream 2

I was a rotting corpse. Me and my buddy corpses were searching for something. We were located at my RL barn. Soon we heard something. Enemy zombies! They were everywhere! Me and some of my buddy corpses quickly ran to our motorcycle. My one of my buddies drowe, about two just sat there, and I was operating the rear machine gun. It was just so damn scary, my buddy was driving like 250mph, and it felt so real. I tried to shoot some of the zombies chasing us. It was damned hard, but it seemed to be a normal activity for my buddies. The driver corpse steered us off the road, to a RL field. It was crazy! The driver drove so fast, that when the ground started declining, we started to fly. WOOO! We came back to our initial spot (we were there at the start, at the barn). By the time we got back, a HUGE firefight was going on. Bullets were everywhere. So many corpses (us) and zombies (the enemies) died, that all the "eliminated undead" were just stacked to this big pile. It was so sad! I was scared like hell, there was so much death. Soon the damn zombies shot me. This was weird, I was actually eliminated. It was like sleep paralysis. I was.. Dead... I just though, that I didn´t want to go into the huge pile of dead, before I really was dead. I could still vainly see, feel and hear. I don´t remember, if I was ever stacked to the pile.

Dream 2 was weird. I suspect, that when I died, I just simply was waking up. The feeling of being dead was just my waking sleep paralysis...?

Dream 3 (SHORT)
Happened this morning, when I tried to WILD for the second time.

I am sitting on a bench, on a boat. We are in Venice, I think. The the boat left us to the side of a "water road". I tried to climb out, but I couldn´t. I paniced. I woke up.



Then about WILDing.
I woke up at a good time, REM was on. I went to the restroom. Then I took a sip of water, and after that went back to my bed. I was up for about... 7mins. Then I tried to WILD by using an anchor.. But now, that I think about it... I think I never used an anchor! So that´s why I failed. I think, that I tried to relax and so on but... I never anchored.

So, the plan for tonight:

Preparation
I´ll clean up my nose and throat for easy breathing.
I´ll make sure, that I don´t have to drink or go to the restroom in the night.
And when I´ll go to sleep, I´ll remind myself, what to do in the night.

WILDing time
1. I´ll go to my lobby, to the couch there.
2. I´ll set a pain anchor by putting my hand between some of the couch´s pillows. (pretty mild pain anchor)
3. Then I´ll relax randomly
5. I´ll fall asleep while noticing the pain.

Damn..

First of all, I do not remember any of my dreams. Second of all, I totally failed my last WILD attempt. It was going perfect. I know, what to do, I´ve set the alarm clock to wake me up after 4.5 hours... And then: The alarm clock rings. I hit it and go back to sleep without remembering anything about WILDing.

Okay, so if I can break thru that prob, then I can WILD. So I´ll just have to put the alarm clock so far away from my bed, that I need to stand up. Then I´ll pimp it so, that I can´t just hit it off.

So last night went down the toilet. I failed. I went out of patience...

But now I know what to do! I remember, that about 7 years ago, I was at this camp. We had to go to bed, but I couldn´t sleep. So I started doing a "counting record" just out of boredom. I started counting: "1, 2, 3...". When I reached something like 500, I started thinking about this scene at the same time as I was counting. The thing is, I could see the scene! I remember thinking: this is so real.

So the answer for my prayers... Just counting. I´ll wake up at 6 and count all the way to 7. I have to fall asleep at that time.. So.. Be ready to read about my success tomorrow!

No full success, but a partial one.

In the night I woke up, but didn´t remember anything about counting, and I just fell asleep. BUT later in the day I took a nap, and I tried counting, when I went to bed. I could get pretty strong visuals by the time I reached 10, and it felt really effective...
Here are is a napping dream:

Dream
I was at my school. It was the lunch hour, so I was lining for food. For some reason I got out of the line. I took some food out of this garbage can. It was pretty weird, as I didn´t realize I was eating garbage. I just noticed, that my food was really really wet, full of water. Holy crap! I tried to get some real food, but for some reason, I always took it from the same garbage can. I also poured some of that shitty food in to the REAL food can, which was grose.
Then I was at my school bus. The same shitty bus as always. I was happy to get to home, but it was slow, cuz there were some other buses in the same road. As I got out of the bus, my headphones were still plugged to the bus (weird), and as the bus kept driving, I had to pull the wire very strongly to unplug it. After this someone threw me with something. I though it was my bro, but it was some little kid. He tried to kick my ass desperately. Damn, I would´ve liked to kick him in the face. He even threw my backpack to a nearby forest. The little dude´s mom/host or whatever came there, and tried to search my backpack from the woods. Then the little dude turned to a weirdy formed baby. Then the dream scene kinda split up. At the same times we were at the woods, and in this room, where the little dude/baby was trying to view his mom´s computer screen, and there was porn in the screen. Then something happened, and I woke up.


Hey, now its weekend! Woooooo, gonna WILD so hard tomorrow morning!

Okay, I really have to WILD... So, this is my evil plan: (EDIT: Changes to the plan)

1. Tell myself what to do, over and over again for about 20 mins
2. Sleep for 4 hours
3. Wake up and stay up for 5mins, sitting on the bed, clearing my mind
4. Lay down to whatever position I like, and set a pain anchor
5. Relax for some time
6. Passively notice the pain anchor. Do this till I either fall asleep or have to get up.

Damn, I wanna WILD! Hmm... Lets do some troubleshooting, what goes wrong with my attempts?
1. I don´t remember what to do.
Solution: Staying up for 20 min, telling myself what to do before bedtime.
2. I give up during relaxation
Solution: I´ll practice relaxation right now!
3. Can´t fall asleep
Solution: Curtains all over the place.

So last night I slept for 4.5h, was up for about 3-4min and went back to bed. I used the pain anchor again. I think I failed BUT I remember myself going into sleep paralysis, so it´s possible that I just don´t remember my WILD.

So I´m starting to write my dreams again.

So I got these fragments in the late morning....

I´m at a bus station with my friend who looked unfamiliar. She was really tall and a little fat too. At one point I was looking at her face, but then I noticed that it was only a face tattoo on her shoulder. My friend S was looking at her. Soon we went to the place, where the bus comes to pick us up. I had hard time solving, which bus was ours. I just went to the one that everyone else went. We went to the backseats. After some time I looked at my friend and asked: "Why are we in the school bus, it´s saturday?". I figured that I was dreaming. I rubbed my hands together only to find that I was rubbing my real hands.

Me, my bro, my father and Conan O´Brien were at my yard. We all were terrified cuz my mom almost got stuck in the snow with her car. Then we did something with Conan, can´t remember what. In the end I think I became Lucid. I instantly woke up.

I´m doing RCs with my clock....

I´m flying a little and teleporting...

So there you have some fragments.

I have no dreams to tell now... Because I didn´t sleep last night. I feel soooo tired, but there is a reason. The next time I WILD, I´ll have a REALLY tired body! I´m really, really determined to do this. I´ve almost succeeded, and now it has to be done.

I have not been sleeping for 3 nights! Gulp, I´ve gotta use that to WILD.. My chance... Off to sleep...

Yes! A very good quality lucid.

I was looking for a treasure. I found it from our cellar. It was in a room that doesn´t exist IRL. My bro was there, fixing something. I collected the "treasure" from around the room and then left. Then I came back to the room, that transformed to our bathroom. I opened the door, and found a bloody body strapped to a chair. It started walking, so I started YELLIIIING. Normally I would wake up at that situation, and just as I was yelling, I became vainly lucid (cuz I know that this is familiar and I´m almost awake). But I didn´t wake up from my bed. I woke up in the same room 10 seconds earlier. Now the body was nice and had turned into my dad. I said that he should do that again, this didn´t work well. He was like "allright" and turned into a very scary-looking guy. Then I said just "no no, stop", I don´t know why. He stopped.Then I was mostly lucid. I went to the kitchen and tried to use telepathy. Didn´t work.
Then I was with my friend. We were on my bed on this very computer. I explained lucid dreaming to my friend. I demonstrated a hand reality check, and counted 4 disorted fingers.
"See, I´m dreaming!" I said. Then I did something that I don´t remember. After that I decided to try and find a girl. I stabilized the dream by spinning, which made the dream so real! I even felt dizzy after spinning. I opened the balcony door and stepped onto the balcony. It was SO real that I started thinking, whether I should try to fly or not. I lost lucidity for the rest of the dream.

So I WILDed by accident a couple nights ago. I´m not satisfied, but at least it gave me experience.
