Developing a dream recall
I've read the informaton found on the main site about developing a dream recall. I found the information good but I do have one question. The first way said to wake yourself up during the REM periods was to use an alarm clock. I have tried this but I found it to be quite a faliure (I sleep very deeply). The second was to drink alot of water before going to bed. I can drink massive amounts of water before going to bed and still not wake up to use the bathroom. I've tried focusing my intent on trying to have a luvid dream but nothing seems to work. I was wondering if anyone had some suggestions?

uhmm I use the alarm thing.. but it happens to me very much that i remember dreams when i wake up and then forget them because i didnīt write them down... so I made this method so i could remember nicely... If I dreamed about a monkey flying with a big cape in a citie I remember this words for example:
Monkey flying..
And it stays in my head if i say it a couple of times...
