Dream Recall Problem
Recently I've been having a hard time recalling dreams, they've become vague, foggy, and even unrememberable to the extent I just wake up.
2-3 weeks ago my recall was fair, 1-2 a night, afterall, I had just started re-trying to lucid, after not trying or wanting to work for it. Then 10 days (Around there) I started having trouble. I found a little notebook I had previously used to record dreams. That Didn't help.
Around the same time, however, I started gaming a lot more and I have been going to bed much later, getting very little sleep. (2:00 AM - 6:00 AM), so I've been very tired.

Also: Any tips on how to increase recall significantly?

The gaming does have a significant connection. Firstly, you shouldn't stay up so late that you cant get sleep because you need 5-6 hours of sleep to enter REM sleep, where most of your dreams occur. I have a lot of experience with this as I do enjoy videogames. Second use a mantra to tell yourself that you will remember your dreams. I do this every night now and I recall an average of 5 dreams.
