About a year in the half ago, I started writing a Dream Journal to remember my dreams. As this was really helpful for pretty much a year, I started neglecting the use of a Journal. I think it has to do with the repetitiveness. Can you guys tell additional ways to Remember your dream that motivated you a lot. Like, for example, Every morning you basically recorded your voice on what happened in your dream. or you drew your dream. I want to hear things that worked for you though. Not theories.
if u sleep on ur back looking at the roof u will remember your dreams, and they seem more vivid (this is the case for me and a lot of other people)
When I wake up at night and am too lazy to write the dream to my DJ then I just repeat it a few times in my head, fall asleep again and when I wake up in the morning I sometimes remember those dreams, but sometimes not. It is not a very reliable technique but it works if you are very intentioned.

Just repeat to yourself when going to bed "I remember my dreams" until you fall asleep or feel it has sunk in. This works for me every time :P
