What the title says. I have been getting worse and worse recalls by the day. :(
Yes, memory does affects recall and memory practice can help with that, but thats not only way to increase recall. Having stable sleeping schedule, writing/typing Dream Journal and mantras like "I wake up after each dream and remember it" help alot. Also dream recall just fluctuates sometimes, stay positive and it will be back. :)
