Get yourself a dream journal, wake up 3 - 4 times per night and will yourself to write in it, no matter how tired or disoriented you are. Keeping it under your pillow or next to your bed, or even on your bed helps since moving is really hard if you wake up right out of deep sleep. Before you go to bed, turn on a blank page and write the date on the top. Leave a pen on the page so you don't have to fumble around at night. As you go to bed, practice the MILD technique saying to yourself "I will remember to wake up during the night and write my dreams down."
Even if you remember a tiny detail, write it down no matter how insignificant it may seem at first. Once you do, bigger details will come to you slowly, and eventually you'll have written out your entire dream.[/b]
