Dream recall
I started a dream journal about three weeks ago, and at first had excellent dream recall, but for the past three or four days I can only remember small pieces, or feelings of dreams if anything at all, Is it normal to have high and low points in your dream recall? Is there a way that I can boost my dream recall aswell? If anyone has answers, they would be much appreciated! : D

For most of us that is completely normal. Especially - as in my case - if you happen to get lazy with your journal. If I actually write out my dreams when I awaken (for the day and during WBTB) my recall improves greatly. The problem with that is that it takes dedication and motivation.
This may or may not be your issue but, I'd suggest writing your dreams down whenever you awaken during the night. In the least, write detailed notes then flesh them out later. Though, even that can be a double-edged sword, as it can take away from potential DEILD, WILD, etc... time.
All in all, diligence is the key to better recall, unless you happen to be naturally proficient at it. And focus on your dream rather than the day's concerns when you first awaken. Begin to write it out as soon as possible.

This has happened to me as well... but it's only because... I've stoped paying attention to my dreams and have stoped writing in my journal. But once in a while I'll still get some LD's. I'm starting back up again... I've so missed my dream world, and I need answers to some of my questions.

Actually, last night I had many very vivid dreams, so my dream journal is back on track, and I can tell already that I'll have several vivid dreams tonight as well. (Probably about work, or the people I work with), so I'll look for them as a sign that I'm dreaming. Thanks for the responses! : D
