first post here :)
thought the stumbleupon extension for firefox
http://www.stumbleupon.com/
found it a while ago, like two months probably, and just bookmarked. I finally read the front page today, and realized that i actually had a lucid dream just a few night ago. Managed to tipple my running speed (matrix style) once i realized that i was dreaming. I've been having dreams where i am aware that i am dreaming since i was 5 years old. I still remember my first one too, just didn't know the name for it.
LONG LIVE THE NERDS! ya I found it also by searching on google :)
I found it on a yahoo search while looking up Lucid Dreaming
I had a few very vivid and intense dreams lately and remembered hearing about Lucid Dreaming 4-5 months ago so I googled it and *poof* I was here
I found this site through howstuffworks.com too!! but the thing is... i was originally surfing male birth control pills!!!Quote:

which led to how hormones control a man and woman's body... how theres a cycle from the brain to glands.. and how the brain sends signals... then somehow ended in sleeping.. then dreaming!! hehehe
Well it was 4:30 am or so and i was bored so I went onto the internet and went to google and typed in dreams since i was really interested in dreams and found this site that had a big discussion on dreams. And thought to myself wow thats what happens to me. Then it gave me a link to this site and after I had read everything I found myself to the message boards which is were I am now.
I found dreamviews by doing a search on mamma.com. However, this is not my first visit to dreamviews. I look forward to getting back into dreaming mode.
:)

So glad your quest for male contraceptives led you to us :teeth:
Amazingly enough, I found you on my work break, using a Random Website Surfer:

I used to be part of Sealife at Dreamofpeace.net, before they "went under..."
Glad to be here! :D

I found the site through a friend's BLOG. He posted the site somewhat comically, but I've been interested in lucid dreaming for a while, so I took a look and found a very good, quality experience :)
Found it through google as most people.
Weird. i just noticed it although i am exploring internet for some months for lucid dreaming . o.O
And i have a question , what are these Dream View business cards?
i had the same quiestion, so i did a search
this thread sort of explained it
http://www.dreamviews.com/forum/viewtopic....t=business+card
Indeed it explains it
Thanks for the info ^_^
welcome, welcome everyone!
First, the interface on this "post a reply" is kind of cool.
I have always been interested in this type of stuff. I study Jewish Kabbalah. Don't let anyone fool you, it's not the same as what most people call Cabala or Qabbalah etc. In Kabbalah there is much on dreams and thier meanings etc.
My wife has often been able to control her dreams, I've not. It intrigues me.
Thanks,
DT
P.S. For anyone that doesn't know. Dream Theater is a Progressive Rock / Metal band. It is not an original name.
I found this site in the links section of Psipog.net and joined, i have had a few lucid experiences.

I'm a giant Dream Theater fan myself. I would love to go see 'em on Gigantour, but alas I have no money.Quote:

Mike Portnoy is my hero. I'm a drummer myself, and one day I plan to be just as good as he is--if not better! Muahahaha!
;D Welcome!
yeah like the 61% percent of poeple i used google. its the second site. i was searching on astral projection and obes. when they talked about lucid dreaming. i decided to look into and saw this site. when i first saw it the site was so clean i though you were selling something. i read the basic info and i was set. this site got me into lucid dreaming. thanx
A friend called TheTruth (on here a lot) at first was surprised he thought i was the member known as Haz here, as you can see my name corresponds with Haz(ard) so he kinda said "you never told me you were a member" and i said you wasnt etc. But Haz's profile (13, programmer, UK) sounded exactly how i was it was uncanny im the exact htings he is apart from my preffered languages (VB .NET C++) but aside from that yes thats how i found you and this whole forum looks really interesting and a good place to share my dreams and feelings
A guy on this forum called hazard showed it to me and i thought it was great so i joined the forum to get some advice and it has helped lot !!
thanxs
I unintentionally had a lucid dream the other night, which revived my interest in the subject. I Googled it to see if I could find tips on how to have them more often and I came across this site. It looked great, so I stuck around. :)
