Hey everyone! Here I will be posting all my WILD attempts and any dreams related to WILD.
Results:
Attempt 7/25/2010 (morning of 7/26/2010) : Failed
Attempt 7/26/2010: Alarm failed to wake me up
Attempt 7/27/2010: Fell asleep in middle of trying.
Attempt 7/28/2010: Success!
WILD Attempt for the night of 7/25/2010
Attempt 1 in Workbook
Preparation/Plan
I'm listening to some of Ninja's subliminal audio tracks before I go to bed.
Then at 11:00 P.M. I will go to bed and use an iPod alarm to get me up 6 hours later
(5:00 A.M.)
I will then stay completely still and let my thoughts roam. Once I enter SP I will work my way to entering a dream. Once inside the dream I will stabilize it by touching the floor, rubbing my hands, and spinning around. Then I will do whatever comes to mind! Maybe the TOTM!
Results
Failed
Tried for about 45 minutes
I woke up as planned and tried to relax (Tensed my muscles then let them relax) and let my mind roam. After a while I felt my arms go numb and my chest felt like there was a heavy weight on it. It was getting hard to breath and I told myself it was all in my mind. After about 15 minutes longer I could tell it wasn't working. I think I may have woken up a bit to late and I wasn't relaxed enough. Oddly, no dream recall!! I'm planning to wake up 4 hours after going to bed instead of 6 next time.
Wild Attempt for the night of 7/28/2010
Preparation/Plan
Tonight I will set my iPod alarm for 4 hours and 20 minutes after I go to sleep. I will go to bed at 12:00 A.M. and wake up at 4:20 A.M. I'm not listening to any subliminals tonight. If I remember any dreams when I wake up I will record my dreams in my dream journal and try to go to the bathroom before I attempt to WILD.
Results:
Success!
I felt myself going into SP. No HH or HI! I just slowly slipped into SP and saw and saw a dream forming in front of me. After about a minute in the dream I woke up :(. Probably to excited. I did an RC when I woke up and looked around and it wasn't a FA :( but I still got as lucid!!
Hmm, you felt heavy and it was hard to breathe? That sounds a lot like SP.

It takes more than 15 minutes alot of times to have a succesful WILD..I would not give up after just 15 mintues..Im obviously not an expert on WILDing..lol but most of the times nothing really happens until 20 to 30 minutes after I start WILDingQuote:

WILD Attempt for the night of 7/30/2010
Preparation/Plan
Tonight i'm going to bed at 12:00 A.M. and setting my alarm for 4:14. I think my REM starts after about 4 hours after I go to sleep. The problem I have been having lately is i'm way to tired and drift off without knowing. Tonight will be different. I will get up and stand for like 6 minutes just thinking about my dreams and record anything in my DJ. Then I will go to the bathroom and do 6 jumping jacks and attempt the WILD. Wish me luck :)

Hey guys! I've been having to get up really early this weekend so I haven't had time to try a WILD. On the night of 7/30/10 my arms kept itching like crazy. I couldnt WILD.
Ohh that does suck...for some reason it seems like when there's one itch, you suddenly itch all over when you're trying to stay still. :|
