Anyone get lucid last night? I had a bad night so I didn't.
Just wondering, how can we incorporate sound into visualizations if there are external sounds assaulting our ears?
Also, do you get better with visualization if you practice more or can it never get better?

I agree with Sydney- I cannot visualize very well at all, let alone while falling asleep. Plus I cannot hold an image for long and use 3 senses... Can this be fixed?

I had a FA last night! My 3rd lucid :3 But sadly it was only 3-5 seconds long.. and it was really dark so I couldn't see anything. My alarm woke me up :(
I'm really excited for the next class! I will probably have to miss the last part though since I have piano lessons an hour after the class starts. :\

Maybe I saw a hot girl, or an awesome rollercouster that I was not allowed to ride... I would keep thinking on that rollercoaster the whole day and hopping to dream with it
