3/10/2011 dreams that are by now fragments (Non-lucid)

NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

6:30 I was rigging my own body with an armature like in a 3d modling program. later there was something about phineas and ferb and pictures.

10:30 there is a minecraft update! it is actualy a really big update and it is no longer considered beta although I dont remember if it was actual releas yet. The graphics were better because you could set it to have larger textures. There were tons of people in multiplayer like it was an MMO. It was surviaval of the fitest because resorces are limited but there are tons of people. I found a cave that went strait into a hillside and found a diamond block sticking out of the ground. Other players poked their heads in and I shoed them away. I think I went farther into the cave ext and made a hidden underground fortress with lots of lava.

People from dreamviews showed up and acidently triped a trap sending us all into a lava pit but somehow it didnt kill us and we sat around in it like it was a swimming pool.

9:00

I was lucid and having dream sex with a hot girl. I woke up and DEILDed. I thought I had gone back in time to 2003 for some reason and was only sort of semi lucid. I messed around for the rest of the dream and cant really remember it as well. At one point I found an alcoholic drink that I thought was brass monkey at first which is like beer or some other alcohol mixed with orange juice. I then realized that it wasnt orange juice but lemonade. I have never had alcohal but since it was a dream I thought I would try it. It was actualy really good. It was like lemony but with a kick and had an interesting taste to it and it made my mouth numb. I wondered if that was sort of what alcohol tastes like in real life.

I played in a little big planet level but in real life and at the end I was supose to get cake but I didnt so the cake was a lie. :P oh and then I danced and sang in a musical interpretation of harry potter. :3


11:30

I was a soldier in WWII. Me and 2 other comrads were in a small battle and forced the enemys to retreat. After we regrouped with our squad leader and he sent us on a mission. I dont remember what the mission entailed but we had to go behind enemy lines by ourselvs. I needed a gun and all I got was a small pistol. I asked if I could have a rifle or sub machine gun but they refusd. We moved out and pased three guys on the road. We kept walking and I turned around right in time to see them about to slit our throughts. I wiped out my pistol and shot them.

I feel like it was a bit of a wasted weekend. :(

I went to bed at 1:00 am added to the fact that its day light savings time I was to tired to remember any dreams.

i have been staing up way to late lately. I need to get back on schedual and go to bed at 11:00.

I had a dentist apointment in the morning so I got to sleep in 2 hours but since I went to bed at 1:00 it eaqualed out to the same as normal. :( I woke up 3 times and remembered dreams but was way to tired to type them.

I forgot my dreams again! D: When my mom wakes me up in the morning I always lay there half awake for 5 or 10 minuites and it makes me forget my dreams and only remember the half awake hypnogogia stuff. :P

I had a lucid dream this morning in which I struggled with SP, at least I got closer to a LD, a real LD :)

Sorry I was at a party all night friday and just forgot to post my dreams yesterday. Today I wont forget!

3/19/2011 (EILD)

NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

4:30 call of duty style dream. I owned everyone with 2 magnum revolvers and an asault rifle.


6:00 I cant remember this dream anymore but my notes say that I was a bad guy trying to escape the athoritys. Snipers had me in there sites. A super hero came. Something about a movie.

I was at my house, the door bell range and I vaugly remembered that it was a dream. My mom opened the door and it was my grandma. I realized more that it was infact a dream and I remembered my MILD. I pluged my noes and could breath. I went to hug my grandma and became full lucid. Right then she pulled out her car keys and tried to stab me with them and had an evil look on her face. I didnt feel any pain but she was being an anoyence so I acted like nothing happened and said by and walked her out the door. I started to think about what I needed to do and the same girl that showed me the way out of the cave in that one lucid was there for some reason. I thought about having sex but I knew I shouldnt. I talked to her and slowly lost lucidity and stability and woke up.


I tried again to get a lucid hoping I could actualy get something done this time but I failed to WILD or MILD. I was in a video game that sort of reminds me of kingdom hearts. I fought a boss. I remembered a lot more yesterda but forgot most of it today.

frags and WILD attempts (Non-lucid)

NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

4:30 Woke up, remembered a dream that was just me doing stuff in lbp2. Had to move to turn off alarm so I couldnt DEILD. :( I tried to move as little as posible and WILD but fell back to sleep.

6:00 Woke up and again had to turn off alarm. I could have remembered a dream but didnt bother wrighting one down or trying to remember it cuz I was going to WILD again. Fell asleep. :(

woke up at some time after that probably 7:30 or around that time. I didnt move and remembered a dream but I ad drool driping from my mouth which forced me to move in order to whipe it off so I couldnt DEILD. I tried WILD but again fell asleep.

Woke up at 9:30 and didnt move. I was going to DEILD. My noes was a little stuffy and everytime I breathed it would make a lot of noise. Sometimes when I am trying to WILD and I start thinking about my breathing I cant stop thinking about it and practicly hyperventilate if I try and think about something else. Its really anoying. I tried to forget about it and fall into a WILD but after a while I couldnt take it anymore and gave up. I wasnt sure if I wanted to get up and start my week day then or go back to sleep for another shot at a lucid. I decided that I should go back to sleep although now I wish I just got up cuz I didnt get a lucid. I went over the dreams I remembered. I remembered another longer dream but I dont remember it anymore.

Woke up at 11:02 and was disapointed I couldt get a lucid. I hate it when I cant get a good lucid during the weekend cuz it feels like it was a waste of time. I did remember a fairly long dream that was sort of interesting though.

I was climbing a big mountain like mount everest with a team of guys. this part is fuzy now. We got in an argument and the team split up into two groups. The plot changed several times to us being soldiers and then to us being akatsuki from naruto. We had split up again and I was leading 3 other akatsuki. We were on the run from I dont know who and I think we were looking for someone too. I remember escaping from a jail and then taking a bus to this small town. I cant remember all the oter stuff that I remembered before. :(

Edit: Oh and I also remember a frag fom yesterday about eating a cookie and a frag from today or yesterday about fighting alliens disguised as humans.

I really hate not getting stuff done in lucids and having mundane non lucids so I think I will rethink my lucid dreaming schedual. Consisency is key and I think that is my problem right now.

Another thing I am thinking about right now is that we arnt really getting very far with this class. We have had lots of similarities in our dreams and even met eachother in non lucids but they were just DCs. We simply havnt had consistant enough lucidity and control to meet up together. Even when we do become lucid we have a hard time finding eachother. We need someone who is more experienced at dream travel to teleport to us and not all try and meet at the same place at the same time cuz the odds of that happening are way less likely. Raven and Nomad are great at that kind of stuff but I think they are both really buisy right now. What do you guys think we can do to get more success.

I finaly found the perfect alarm that I have been looking for on my ipod and dont have to wory about programing it anymore (although I would still like to look into making a lucid dreaming app eventualy) The app is called 12,24 alarm clock sleep music. App Shopper: 12,24 Alarm Clock Sleep Music (Utilities) It is $0.99 but it is totaly worth it.

It has an auto-shutoff feature which is what I have been looking for but It is the best alarm app I have found regardless. It is easy to use and has lots of good features. you can set it to fade in so that it wakes you up more naturaly and has a flashlite and even shows how much batery you have left. The clock looks nice too and you can change the colors. I choose red because red is easiest on the eyes in the dark. Another great part of it is that you can use music from your ipod as the alarm. I am experimenting with using the song they use in Inception to see if it cant make me lucid. Besides its sort of cool. :P

The only down sides are that its is $0.99 instead of free but thats nothing. You have to keep it plugged in to make sure it doesnt run out of batteries but I have a wall charger so that doesnt matter either. Also you have to have the app open for the alarm to be heard but that is also no big deal because I prefer that clock on it to the one on my DVR that I had been using.


So finaly I can do CANWILD/DEILD like I want it! I tested it out last night. Because I was doing CANWILD/DEILD I wasnt planning wrighting my dreams down during the night.

3:00 AM I was dreaming and then I heard the song and the dream disapeared and I woke up gradualy because the alarm faded in over 15 seconds. I was aware that I was waking up and it was the WBTB. It was sort of disorenting though getting ripped out f the non lucid into waking awarness. I found myself on my sleeping on my back which I rarely ever do, I normaly sleep on my stomach or side, so that was even more disorenting. Because of that I accidently moved my arms around before I could stop myself from moving.

So I wasnt able to DEILD back into the dream but I was very happy with how the alarm worked. With some fine tunning and more practice it could turn out to be a very effective way of getting lucids whenever I want.

I went back to sleep but went into a false awakening in which I woke up to the next CANWILD alarm at 4:30. I dont remember the rest of the dream. I actualy woke up at 4:15 and went to check the clock. I realized that the 4:30 alarm would actualy go off in 15 minuites and the other time was a FA. I knew I would not be able to get back to sleep in time for the alarm. It did go off exactly like it was suppose to at 4:30 but I was already awake.


Tonight I shall try again and hopefully remember not to move.

I stayed up to late so I was really tired. I acidently had my alarm set for PM instead of AM so It never went off. :( I want to start getting up at 6:00am instead of 6:30 on school days but I was to tired to do that this morning. I really need to make sure I get to bed on time consistently.

I didnt remember any dreams but I remembered a ton of fragments. I had no time to write them down this morning and forgot them.

You get up at 6:00 :O! I usually wake up at 8:00 xP!

Ya it sucks but I usualy get up at 6:30. I dont have a choice because I have to get ready for school and be there by 7:30.

ah damn, I have to get ready and be at school at 9:00 (I usually get there at 9:05 though), but my first period teacher doesn't care if we get there late.

BTW I have desided to go with EILD for exit induced lucid dream instead of DEILD or CANWILD because DEILD is way to hard to use in conversation, especialy with someone who doesnt know what I'm talking about, and CANWILD is to long.

EILD actually stands for externally induced lucid dream :P

ahh okay well I will make this a combination of External Induced Lucid Dream and Dream Exit Induced Lucid Dream and just call it EILD.

Another two hour delay for school. I set a normal alarm for 3:00, a EILD alarm at 4:30 and 6:00 and at 7:30 I tried a different set up were it would beep a few times wait for 5 minuites, wake me up again, wait 2 minuites and wake me up one more time.

3:00 It was to early in the night and I was to tired to remember anything.

4:30 For what ever reason the alarm didnt work or didnt wake me up.

6:00 The EILD alarm woke me up and I stayed still but my noes itched like crazy again in the same spot. I keep getting crazy strong role over signals when I EILD. I gave in and itched my noes and could WILD.

at 7:30 my the beeps didnt wake me up enough I think.


I cant remember at what point in the night I had these two dreams. The first one was probably between 4:30 and 6:00 and the second was between 6:00 and 8:30.

Almost got a FA lucid (Non-lucid)

NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

I was in my house walking out of the hall. Probably from my room but I dont remember the FA. I thought about how it was a dream but I wasnt sure. Everything seemed fuzzy. I did a reality check but it didnt work right and I didnt become lucid. I went on with the dream and dont remember the rest.

L4D and Google. (DILD)

NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

I was in a L4D dream. I was with louis, francis and zoey and were were running from the hords. A hunter pounced on zoey and I shot it off of her. Francis ran to far ahead and we couldnt find him. We looked for him and I became lucid. Not very lucid like I remember my goals, just that its a dream. I left the zombies and forgot about the dream plot. I opened up google on a holographic computer infront of me that I could navigate with my thoughts. I searched random questions but none that are important like how to find my DG again. I also used it to summon famous people. I dont even remember who they were though.

I woke up at 3:00 but I dont remember it anymore. Woke up at 4:30 from my EILD but forgot that it was a EILD until after I looked at the clock. At 6:30 I remembered a dream and went through it in my head so I wouldnt forget it but I did anyways.

6:00 I tried my EILD alarm but it didnt quite work but its getting closer. I fell asleep but still got a lucid.

ITS A TRAP! (DILD)

NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

I was outside in a park and I remembered that it was a dream. I wanted to have sex but I knew I needed to find my dream guide (my actualy goal is to summon my dragon) A hot girl walked by and I thought no stay focused! Remember your goals! Then I forgot and was going with the girl and woke up.

7:00 I had a story type dream about a murderer. I can't really remember it anymore. It was mostly from the perspective of the murderer but at the very end there was a twist and it went to third person. I think the twist was that he got murdered by his friend.

9:00 ???

10:30 ???

11:30 There was a foreign exchange student at our school and there was an assembly. The vise principle came out and said that the student decided to go back to their home country but that was okay because they can if they want to.

I stayed up late playing little big plannet 2 and got finished at 1:30. By that point I thought I might as well watch the new episode of full metal alchemist that had just finished recording. I watched that untill 2:00am and set an alarm for 6:00, 7:30 and an EILD alarm for 9:00.

I remembered dreams at both 6:00 and 7:30 and at 7:30 I wrote down some notes for them. Unfortunatly I cant read the notes for 6:00 am and I cant remember it. 7:30 was just some boring lbp2 dream. I tried to do some mantra to remember the right goals and prepare for the 9:00 am alarm and not very far into sleep at all I got a lucid.

I was supprised to be lucid. I hardly remember the first part anymore and I cant understand my notes. Anywas I woke up quickly and DEILDed back into my house.

lucid in which I cant talk (DEILD)

NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

I noticed that the detail level was good but it still felt strangly unstable, like I could wake up at anymoment. I thought to myself okay try and not waste this one, think carefully. I should have tried to stabilize at this point but I have been forgeting to do that lately. I remembered that my goal was practiciny archetypal control and to summon my dragon. To make sure that it was clear I thought I should say it outloud. I opened my mouth to say "archetypal control" but I could not say anything. I was suddenly ripped out of the dream.

I tried to DEILD again but couldnt. At 8:19 I wrote down some notes. I only had 40 minuites before the alarm went off so I needed to fall asleep before that. Unfortunatly I had a really hard time falling back to sleep and didnt make it in time. The rest of the morning was a waste. :(

My dreams have been really boring and my lucids have gotten absolutly nothing done. I really love dreams that have a meaning and a sort of fantasy feel but none of my dreams have been like that lately. In all of my lucids lately I have been waking up really quickly and not even having a chance to do anything interesting. This is what I need my dream guide. I feel like if I had the help of my dream guide there is nothing I can't accomplish but right now during the school year I don't have enough time to give to get very far myself. I wonder if Nomad or Raven could find my dream guide and talk to her for me. I wonder if anything happened to her after she went for her buisness after I met her. She seems pretty prominent in the dream plane, atleast she is in my inner world. The dream karate sensie from that lucid a week or two agaon seemed like he had fond memories of my dream guide but I didnt get a chance to ask him more about it.

Edit: The reason I have been waking up so quickly comes from two things. first: I have not been stabilizing when I first become lucid like I used to and second: I am expecting that I have limited time and this causes it to be so. I will have to do some extra mantras to remember to stabilize and I will look at my watch and know for a fact that I haveuntil the big hand moves around exactly one and a half times. That should help remind me of how much time I actualy have. REM periods are about 90 minuites and if you think about it thats actualy quite a bit of time. It might also help me start developing the time dialation method I have been working on.

I really feel in the mood for some anime themed dreams. I rarely ever have anime themed dreams no matter how much I watch but I always seem to have dreams of working on a boring project on the computer if that is what I have been doing. There is so much inspiration and story to be taken from anime and manga but it doesnt seem to be making it into my dreams. :(

I remember the first half of that lucid from yesterday but it was sort of erotic so I will omit it.

I thought I would try DEILD every 20 minuites in the last hour and a hlaft before I got up at 6:00 so I set a WBTB alarm for 3:45. I didnt here the alarm somehow untiil 2 ours later when my mom told me to turn it off. I can't believe the alarm was on for 2 hours but it didnt wake me up! Its probably because I had the pillow and covers blocking my ears and the beeping noise I used dosnt work well for me. I remembered some fragments but nothing worth typing. I didnt have enough time left to DEILD.

So still no luck with CANWILD/DEILD/EILD but I think it is just a fluke. I keep waking up before the alarm goes off and having to start over again. I am getting used to the Non, Je Ne Regrette Rein song and every time I hear it I just stop and make sure its not a dream.

my DEILD alarms (I made 6 of them) didn't wake me up this morning! I guess I should set the volume a little louder.

he he ya I think I will set the volume higher too. It just takes a little tweeking for the best results.

So I had an orthodauntist apointment this morning, I actualy got my braces off forever!!!! Of corse I still have to wear a retainer for a while but thats okay. The apointment was at 9:30 so I got to sleep in until 8:30. I took advantage of the chance to do some more alarm testing and hopefully get a lucid. I realized that since it is a CANWILD alarm I don't have 90 minuit intervals like I do with WBTB and I can have them every half an hour or 45 minuites. Odds are if I dont get a lucid within that amount of time I am ready for the next shot at DEILD. Of corse I have to be careful I don't wake up right before the alarm goes off which would mess it up.

I woke up at 3:00 and 4:30 to wright some dreams down but I didn't. I think I remembered something at 4:30 but I dont remember it anymore. I did quite a good shot WBTB MILDing and thinking about what I wanted to dream about.

at 6:00 I woke up to Non, Je Ne Regrette Rein but I woke up to much to go into SP and I fell back to sleep.

At 7:00 a similar thing happened and I opened my eyes and didnt go into SP. A few minuites later mom came in and asked me if I could help my sister make a paper hat for a costume for something for school she was about to leave. I forgot how to make the paper hats so luckily I didnt have to get up. I forgot for a second that I got to sleep in and when I remembered I was relieved. :) I realized something I needed to change on my alarm. I had it going for 30 or 45 seconds and that is way to long. I set the next ones for 20 seconds. I managed to fall asleep before the next one went off at 7:45.

That one was alot better and I didnt have to wait so long for the alarm to go off after I woke up. I tried to DEILD but unfortunaltly wasnt able to. I still got a MILD though!

Familiar Spirits (MILD)

NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

I was in the middle of the ocean. It looked like it was about to get stormy but it wasnt raining yet and the waves wern't to crazy. I saw a shadow infront of me and turned around to see a 60 to 80 foot wave about to break over me. I was semi lucid already from my MILD that I did when I tried to CANWILD. I swam/flew up to the very top of the wave and made it over right before it broke. That would have killed me if it crashed on me. There were more huge waves and I rode them out and I became more lucid.

I washed up on shore sort of like in Inception and stood up. I was in the middle of my high school and there was no ocean for hundeads of miles. I wasn't even wet. There were other students around talking. I remembered my goal to try summoning my ice dragon and I knew I really wanted to meet my dream guide but first things first. I was stable and the vividness was great although not extra vivid. I wanted to look at a clock to try and remind my subconcious how much dream time I actualy had. Conveniently there was a random clock laying on the ground near my feet. It showed 11 something. I told myself I have until that big hand goes all the way around before I have to worry about waking up. I looked away for a second and looked back again to make sure the clock wasnt running fast and it showed the same thing as before, although there was an extra second hand that wasnt there before.

I saw my friend David and easily recognized im because he was wearing orange. He always wears orange. I called him over and told him it was a dream and he said cool. David needed to do something in the office so we walked over there while I talked to him about my dream guide and stuff. David is a natural lucid dreamer although he doesn't do much dream exploring.

I still had some time before I wanted to try and summon my dragon because I wanted to do some simple dream control as a warm up. I hadn't done much dream control other than flying lately and flying is easy so how about telekinesis. I tried TK on an orange that was sitting on a tabble. It didnt move at first but then after I got it to move once I could float it around like I normaly can. Now that I was warmed up I was ready to get some tasks done or do some exploring. David was done talking to the lady at the desk and I noticed that they lay out of the building was quite different. It was now a college. I asked David if he knew of any hot girls around here. :doh: oh no my one weakness strikes again! He said ya and we went into this one class room. There were glass walls and I saw a class in progress. There were a few hot girls. I then remembered not to get destracted by such urges. We walked back down stairs and to black guys walked up to us. They knew we were dreamers and I forgot what words were said but they wanted me dead for some reason. They transformed into cats but larger than normal and definitly meaner. I think they were familiar spirits which usualy take the form of cats or frogs but are said to be able to trasnform into people too. They could talk and had the same voices as when they were humans. We battled and I think they had little swords. It reminded me of puss in boots. I started to fly although it was hard to do inside. I told David to get out of here. The familiars chased after him. I forgot what to do to defeat them but one of them disapeared and I captured the other one. He stood on his back legs and said something along the lines of it is my honor to have defeated him and bowed his head. I thought he was to dangerous to keep around so I summoned a very large six shooter into my hand. I summoned a few bullets and put them in the chamber and fliped the chamber closed. I said sorry and shot him in the heart. He didnt die imediatly but looked to be in some pain. He felt the hole in his chest and I shot him in the head and he died. I should have shot him in the head first. I woke up.

I wonder if those familiars are related to my DGs absense. They were a lot like the familiar my DG had but less friendly. Wht if she had problems with another witch and the witch sent her familars to get me. :o

That's scary! The familiar spirits part! And you're right, there are some similarities in both dreams!
I actually wonder if our dream guides are in trouble, I mean, I haven't heard from Angel in a while, and I tried summoning her many times this morning, but failed to do so.
