The original Child's Play.
The Exorcist 3 (if I remember correctly.)
The first couple of Nightmare on Elm Street movies. Some of the images in those movies were just playing disturbing.
The final scene in Stephen King's Silver Bullet scared the living hell out of me.
And Tales From the Dark Side was probably the scariest tv show I knew of, at the time. I remember that I'd be lying in bed, watching tv, much later than I should have been, in then that creepy-ass music would come on. Just the opening scene was enough to horrify me, but, for some reason, I always felt compelled to keep watching. Lol.
That's all I can think of, at the moment.
