I know a lot of the many bugs from New Vegas are gone by now, but there's still just something...
The gameplay in New Vegas is improved, but the overall style, feel, story and space is just not the same. I feel that the New Vegas map is littered with uninteresting map markers with literally nothing worth finding, making exploration feel like a chore. ("I know this shed has fuck all in it, but just in case...")
And maybe it's just me, but I thought the story was weird and confusing at times. When I stepped inside the Strip for the first time, I could suddenly ask people about a whole slew of things I had never heard of before. In fact I actually think the main quest just went to hell as soon as I got into the big city. The game was quite enjoyable up until I got there.
I think, a Fallout 4 announcement would be the only one capable of getting me really, really hyped.
And I'm currently playing... Diablo III, of course~
Never played a Diablo game before, had no clue what I was getting into. It's addicting. And it's getting hard by now, just finishing up Act III Normal difficulty as a Witch Doctor.
