Just found this recently. Well if it's true then this sucks eh? Let's hope that if the government does such a thing that it won't go out of control. I really don't care about such stuff but when I saw this I thought, "hey, I might as well post it on Dreamviews"...
When everybody says that something like this is a good idea, I start to wonder what we are so afraid of. What do they know that we don't?

When I point these stories out to people, I'm bombarded with statements such as, "HE'S BEEN IN OFFICE FOR TWO FUCKING DAYS, GIVE HIM A BREAK." It sickens me.

What so just because the government does something we should accept it because they are the government? Thats bullshit. We don't need to cut him any slack, and we shouldn't have to.
The president isn't above the law, his choices are not above question. Being a grown up means you can talk about this kind of stuff, and question things you see as wrong.
Actually, all rhetoric aside, I'm now curious: What candidate would I have voted for if I would have "voted with my brain"? Which candidate are you proposing would have, so obviously, discontinued the warrant-less wiretapping program?Quote:
