Thread: Obama sides spying without warrant...

When everybody says that something like this is a good idea, I start to wonder what we are so afraid of. What do they know that we don't?

Well, once again, here is your "change", or should i say, "continuity." This is absolutely equal to the Bush administration, and similarly remiss in the execution of his sacred Oath:

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

Well, according to the fourth amendment: "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

So, the Messiah has already screwed the people of America over.

When I point these stories out to people, I'm bombarded with statements such as, "HE'S BEEN IN OFFICE FOR TWO FUCKING DAYS, GIVE HIM A BREAK." It sickens me.

You got that right, two days, two seconds, or two years, if he tramples the constitution, he is guilty of treason in my book.

There really hasn't ever been a real president who has done EVERYTHING right.
Even though i hate Obama, He is president DEAL WITH IT. There is no changing that either. Also, give him a break even though he may be doing things wrong, How do you think YOU would do in the white house? put yourself in HIS position, Now do you think being president is very easy? Sorry, but GROW UP. You have to learn to deal with things that happen in your life, And whining about Obamas mistakes don't fall under that category.

What so just because the government does something we should accept it because they are the government? Thats bullshit. We don't need to cut him any slack, and we shouldn't have to.

The president isn't above the law, his choices are not above question. Being a grown up means you can talk about this kind of stuff, and question things you see as wrong.

I was for Ron Paul, as I've said many times on this forum.

I voted for Barack after realizing that Ron Paul didn't have a chance of winning, as I've also said a few times on this forum.

Now can I wait for the person I asked to reply?

Hm. To me that has a lot of more weight
than many of the other 'good' decisions
he so publicy has made.

McCain would have been worse, actually. And it's not a two party system. Your ballot does, in fact, have like 5 or 6 choices on it. The media may try to make you think you have two choices, but you actually have several.

But it is guaranteed that one of two people is going to win. The other people might as well not even be on the ballot.
