Senses in dreams
Whenever I dream, I have noticed that my senses are very limited. I cannot 'hear' as such, I just sort of know what they are saying. As well as that, I do not have a sense of touch, smell or taste. I only began to notice my lack of certain senses when I began to dream lucidly and tried to control my dreams. Is this normal? Does anyone else have an experience of this and also, does anyone have any ideas to help me regain my senses in my dream.
P.S My sense of vision is also very bad in my dreams, it is blurred most of the time, but, in some dreams (as far as I can remember) It is crystal clear.

Clear your mind before doing anything in the dream. You can even make the senses yourself, if that makes any sense - recount and really imagine the smell of something, and you'll be able to smell it better. Visualize something bright, sharp, and visible before walking through a door to enter a clear location. Sometimes you just have to give a little to get a little.
As for your vision, your dreams might not be that vivid. A glass of apple juice an hour before bed, or vitamin b6 can help improve this, as with regular dream recall. Keep using a dream journal, even if you think you don't need to!
