Dream Recall improved by waking up several times in the morning
Hey guys! The last 2 weeks I have been doing this, with no intention of improving anything at all: I went to sleep 10 PM and set the alarm to 05.30 AM. I would just turn the alarm off and set it for a half an hour later at 06.00 AM, then I again would turn it off and set it to 06.30 AM when I would wake up for good. I had no intention at all to improve my dream recall, but when I do this, my dream recall is so much BETTER and so more VIVID. I remember at least 2-3 dreams per night, and they are very clear and they appear to be written in my memory as real-life memories. Very weird. Of course, this has just been a positive improvement in dream recall, I certainly will experiment with this alot more :) So if anybody knows if this "technique" or approach to remember your dreams better has worked for you, please let me know :)
