b6 + b12 combination

I have crap dream recall, last night i took a 100mg b6 and 500ug b12 and i had the best dream recall in ages.

I am going to start taking these regularly from now on.

Anyone notice a difference when they use these or one of them?

yeah i seem to have better recall taking the b6 and b complex but when i take it right before bed it doesnt seem to do anything if i take it around lunch or somtimes in the morning it seems to work better, i usually recall 1 maby 2 dreams a night usually 1 tough, i took the b6 yesterday witht he complex and remeber five wich is my best recall ever but 1 was kindove foggy.

Last night i took the combination about 4 hours before bed and again i had great dream recall and i found that even after about 11 hours (thought the effect would have wore off by then) i had great recall and vividness.
