I sometimes wake up in my bed without wanting to move a bit because I think it's comfy lol, but what I didnt know is that this lead straight to Sleep paralysis, I got very shocked when it happend the first time. Now my questions are;
1. When it happens, I hear a lot of audio hallucinations which scare me, what should i do?
2. How do I enter a LD while in this state?
When your body is in sleep paralysis, it is very easy to fall back asleep or wake up. In my experience it takes longer to wake up, but anywho.. when you realize you are in SP.. the best advice I can give to you is stay calm. There's nothing to be afraid of. Those audio hallucinations might be startling but they're also harmless. If you want to wake up. Then do so. but if I was in SP I would keep calm and focus on my breathing. From SP it's very easy to do a WILD. breathing helps you maintain focus and conscious awareness. your body has already been tricked into falling asleep, so it will continue to do so unless you prevent it. - it should happen in no time at all, and most likely you'll end up having a lucid dream. :)
Yeah but how do you enter the lucid dream while in this state? Do you say "I wanna enter now"? or do you push your "Dream body" upwards or what? and when do you do it? When you start to vibrate or after or?? help pls
usually if you relax it happens on it's own. i think forcing it, or trying something like "pushing" your body down might wake you up. you should experience vibrations soon if you are already in SP, and then from there it works its way into a dream. it may help to do some visualization along with the dreaming. like trying to visualize a place you'd like to enter the dream in. Alot of the time when I WILD from SP, I end up in a duplicate of my bedroom.. but I reality check, and I become more lucid.

It helps to keep ignoring the SP hallucinations; they're not real and can't harm you in any way; it's like being in a bad dream or a nightmare - you always wake up, right? It's the same with SP; eventually you'll enter a safe LD that's not scary. To get there, try relaxing and imagining dream senses - touch, smell, auditory. You could even imagine a dream scene around you.

one more question, when im in SP, why does it feel as if someone is on top of me, and how do I remove this feeling.. it's hard to relax when thinking that someone is on top of u..
I take it you're entering SP on your back? If so, the feeling that someone's on top of you is pretty common. You can try to enter SP next time expecting the feeling won't happen, but other than that, it's pretty much a part of entering SP while lying on your back. It doesn't happen if you're on your stomach or side, from what I've experienced in the past, so maybe you could give that a try if it's too bad a feeling.
Ok thank you very much. But if I wake up in sleep Paralysis (whcih I do) and Im on my back feeling this thing on me and it seems as if someone is strangling me.. what do i do? Should I just relax?
Yeah, just relax and forget about the sensation. I know that doesn't sound like it'll help, but it does. After all, the invisible thingy sitting on your chest isn't real. :P
