usually if you relax it happens on it's own. i think forcing it, or trying something like "pushing" your body down might wake you up. you should experience vibrations soon if you are already in SP, and then from there it works its way into a dream. it may help to do some visualization along with the dreaming. like trying to visualize a place you'd like to enter the dream in. Alot of the time when I WILD from SP, I end up in a duplicate of my bedroom.. but I reality check, and I become more lucid.
