Alright, now this may be a weird question but recently I find myself having DILDs nightly.
Now, this may not be a bad thing except that since I'm still only a month old at lucid dreaming most of my lucid dreams ends up in me waking up pretty fast and in the middle of the night which results in lack of sleep.
So yeah, when I dream I end up realizing something is wrong and I'm like "Oh shit, I don't want to lucid" but by thinking that I already know I'm dreaming which makes me go lucid anyway.
So, any help?
