My 2/3 lucid dream was a false awakening. I "woke up" and noticed several things wrong,Quote:

I didnt sleep on my couch
I looked into the kitchen, and i saw my uncle cooking *i live in a trailer, and you can see the kitchen from the living room*
And the stove looked different, sorta curvey..
I immediatly knew I was dreaming.
Here lately ive gotten into the habbit of doing a reality check as soon as I wake up. I make it a number 1 priority.
I didn't take me long at all. As soon as I saw how different my room was I was pretty sure I was dreaming. Then I ran up stairs and saw two Christmas trees in my living room (in May.)
I had one that lasted several min. Everything was the same, there is no way I could tell the difference. I dreamed that i woke up and wet the bed in my friends house and that they came in with pillows hitting me and stuff. I got off the futon bed I was on and it was all wet, but my friends hadn't noticed... I was freaking out, because that would be so embarrasing. Then I closed my eyes, and I jumped up in real life, and the bed felt kind of warm, which freaked me out again... and I checked, everything was dry and i was fine... but damn I was freaking out for the next few min. hoping that this wasn't a dream too...
Seems it can be as realistic as anything, in my dream the only inconsistancy was that the covers were extremely hard to move.

sounds somewhat liek a neet experience. i sort of want to experience the false awaking. but firt i need to have more LD's!!
Yeah, the couple of times i've had false awakenings i realised pretty quickly. Got up, wandered around a bit and then realised, to either wake up oor go lucid-crazy. So i guess about 5-10 minutes before realising.
ok, i dont know how other ppl replied to you , but just to give you a clue or somethin, i went throught a whole 2 "days" in a dream world after going thru a false awakening, and i thought i was awake, only i wasnt :? ...... newayz, in real life, i was asleep for about 17 hours... i can sleep for days if i want to :D
