hey, I've been trying different methods to get lucid and increase my recall and i have found something quite strange,whenever i perform an intense phsical activity i get random flashes of images , open further examintaion i find i can remember the images from my dreams and this usually branches out into totally recall of a dream i had the nght before but was very fragemented.
I am not sure if anyone else has experienced this but post your opinions :)
Usually for me, and I've heard accounts of others, during the waking day, we'll do, hear, see something which sparks the memory. I've never heard of intense physical activity, but that sounds good. Try repeating it every day, or whenever, to see if the results are the same. To increase recall though, writing down what you do during the waking day helps, and how much effort you put into writing down the dream. Repeating a mantra as you fall asleep works too!
I just ran a mile at school but I didn't get anything, I guess in your dream you may have had some intense physical activity.
